The landscape changes by the four seasons: in winter the house is surrounded by snow, in spring the flowers appear, in summer the greenery and berries, and in autumn the leaves turn colourful. The house is between a river and forest. It is decorated in light and blue colours; sunny yellow dishes add a colorful touch. The large living room windows open to the south, and the sun shines on the yard and porch all day long.

Tervetuloa yöpymään 2022 valmistuneessa erillisessä 13 m2 saunatuvassa kotimme pihapiirissä. Saunatuvassa voit nauttia puukiukaan löylyistä ja yöpyä levitettävällä sohvasängyllä. Lisäksi rakennuksessa on wc, suihku, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, vedenkeitin ja terassi. Terassilla sijaitsevan paljun voi vuokrata erillishintaan täytettynä ja lämmitettynä 120€/1.pv, lisäpäivät 40€. Hintaan sisältyvät vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet, laudeliinat, loppusiivous ja tarvittaessa auton pysäköinti.

Welcome to our colorful cozy house in Oulu, Kastelli. The house is old but renovated. It is located within walking distance of Oulu University Hospital, 24h S-market and public transport. It is a 20-minute bike ride to the city center (3.5 km). 3 bedrooms with high-quality Tempur beds. Atmospheric fireplace and wood sauna. Outside there is a 5-person Jacuzzi. We hope guests will note that the house is a family residence. Create memories in this unique, family-friendly place.

Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.
