Monthly Rentals in Uvita

I would definitely recommend staying at Ballena Paradise. It is in a great location within walking distance of Ballena national park. The apartment I received was large with a fridge and kitchen. There’s air conditioning only in the bedrooms but it worked really well. The small pool was great to relax in after all my activities during the day. And the wifi worked really well in the rooms and at the pool. It was also nice to have parking and felt safe leaving my car if I wanted to walk to dinner or other activities as there’s a locked gate. They also let me store my luggage on my Check out day since I had a tour that didn’t end until 230pm.

Had a great stay, convenient and close to main areas in the town. Very clean and the host was quick with reply's and helpful accommodating with everything we needed !

Silvia was a fantastic host - met us at the cabin, showed us around and even gave us a token for a free cocktail in her bar! The cabin was exactly as described - small but clean and comfortable. The bed upstairs is low, however, with the fan on we weren’t too hot and slept really well, despite the storms! The shower was awesome! The shared kitchen space was great - had everything we needed, and it was really handy having a fridge in the cabin. Nice to have outside space to sit in too. Only 100m from entrance to park, with lifeguard station not far away, for safe swimming as there are rip currents and big surf! Recommend El Hornito for fantastic pizza and empanadas - almost directly opposite. Great budget accommodation 😁👍

A really beautiful place, very quiet and full of harmony, surrounded by nature, with a great location, where you find nearby beaches, rivers, and waterfalls. The comfort and cleanliness of the almost as well as the service was 10/10, an experience I hope to live again soon. Thank you!
