You have a 78-square-meter winter house with two bedrooms and an electrified barn with two different sleeping areas. A total of 8 beds. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, air heat pump, wood sauna, shower, indoor toilet and washing machine. From the sauna, you can jump into the lake, whose sandy bottom deepens gently. Good road to the house and good opportunities for outdoor activities, mushroom picking and berry picking in the environment. Barbecue canopy, 2 bicycles, 2 kayaks and a rowing boat are also at your disposal.

Small cottage with kitchen and living room. In the living room (log frame) the stove and electric heating. A bed, plus a side pull-out “east box” as beds. Upstairs, a sleeping area with no thermal insulation (mentioned here as a bedroom with a double bed). A separate recent household building with auxiliary kitchen. There's a shower, a washer, and a dishwasher. Drinkable (city) water enters the auxiliary kitchen. So there is no water in the kitchen of the cottage. Sauna with wood-burning stove from the 1950s and separate barbecue building.

Small home, in the heart of the city

You can borrow my studio home located in city center of Kouvola. My home is across the market square. Neighbors are rather elederly people. Some noise you can hear ofcourse, since it s a question about appartmentbuilding from 1970. I have a dog, chihuahua Mila, so even though I clean up, its possible to find some hair. Mine or Milas. So my home is not suitable for dog-allergic persons. For the sleeping, I have a 120x200 size of a bed. Its very good for one person, but bit tight for two.
