Holiday rentals with a patio in Uttara Kannada

We had a great stay in Palolem Plaza! Our host was very responsive, helpful and proactive in her communication. The apartment was nice and we appreciated that it came with a wash machine, two desks with a comfortable office chair and two separate rooms.

We spend 10 days here and really enjoyed it. The flat was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Also it got refreshed regularly. The communication was always smooth and we really appreciated the flexibility in checking in and out. The position is excellent, walking distance both to the beach and to the happening Benaulim beach road with many restaurants, cafè and shops. The property is beautifully maintained.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Looks exactly like how it's in the photos, great location, and really well maintained. Special mention to Prashant the caretaker, who was exceptionally helpful. Props to prerna as well, who responded actively to any queries, questions or confusions that I had. A lovely experience overall. Would love to visit again. 🙂

Very satisfied with my stay..a serene escape is exactly what I needed. The property is beautiful and well maintained, I didn't feel like anything was amiss. I liked that we were given clear instructions right after booking as we could pack accordingly. Cleanliness and hygiene is top notch as well. The hosts Mansi and Rahul are very approachable and will give you recommendations for local eateries and places to explore. Highly recommend :)

A very good place to stay near colva. Well maintained property with awesome balcony space. Great for a 2 person stay. The host was available when ever you need and suggestions or queries. Great stay.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Has all the amenities including water purifier , washing machine, oven etc. Really great experience. Highly recommended.

The property is well maintained and designed with good security setup We spent a week and had a lovely time. The Kitchen was well equipped for us to cook as well. cleaning supplies helped us maintain the space. The pool was well maintained as well. All in all a lovely experience ! 😍✨️

Our stay at the villa was fantastic! The location was excellent, with general stores nearby for convenience, yet the surroundings were peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation was comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms and washrooms. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely welcoming and provided us with great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to others!

Enjoyed our stay at Denis'. It is a short walk away from the beach, you can view the beach and hear the waves from the porch outside. Deepti was very helpful throughout and was sweet enough to bring us groceries from the market. Fully functional kitchen, wifi, everything was great.

What began as a random Airbnb search turned into the best decision of our lives. Zak’s place in Majorda, Goa, was home for 3+ weeks and gave us the most memorable vacation ever. Zak is warm, responsive, and respects your space while being great company if you wish. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, nestled in a serene 24,000 sqft property surrounded by trees. It’s spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen and regular housekeeping. A major highlight—Zak’s four loving dogs: Kulfi, KingKong, Jack, and Poo-Poo. Our son adored them, and they became part of our daily joy. Beaches like Majorda, Sunset, Colva, and Varca are close by. Sunset Beach became our favorite—clean, quiet, and charming. Don't miss Martin’s Corner and Oscar Junction nearby. A self-drive car is a plus. We came for a break but found a place that felt like home. Parting was emotional—we left as friends, already dreaming of coming back.

Excellent property. Exactly as described in the site. All amenities like fridge (four-door), dish washer, washing machine and full fledged kitchen. Very calm, serene and privately gated property. A peaceful backyard where you can sit underneath a banyan tea and meditate. You require a vehicle at your disposal. Not close to sea. Very helpful co-host (Aneesha) and care taker (Catauno).

I couldn‘t have imagined a better place to stay in Goa. From the first night on I enjoyed a peaceful sleep & vibey mornings in this fantastic flat. The view over the lush & green surroundings made me romanticize about a how a life near the jungle would look like. The appartment was perfectly clean & beautifully decorated with cool paintings. Avinash’s place is a great find for families. It has everything that one would need to stay with a toddler. Beach and markets are nearby and Avinash as a host is super helpful and responsive. The place is also very nicely furnished and located in a society which adds to the safety. The society also had people from other countries which made interactions very rich. Definitely recommend
