Die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen für Canacona total übertroffen. Nach vielen teuren und ungepflegten Strand-Bungalows in Süd Goa war Andreas Wohnung absolut auf europäischem Standard! Kein Hundegebell, kein Gehupe, keine laute Partymusik und das Ganze in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage. Mit dem Roller war ich innerhalb von wenigen Minuten an 5 verschiedenen Stränden. Preisleistungverhältnis ist absolut Top. So einen Standard erwarte ich für eine Touristendestination. Desweiteren waren Einkaufsläden und Apotheke eine Minute entfernt. Danke für die tolle Unterkunft und die erholsamen Ferientage.

Cosy Vista in Goa is a beautiful studio apartment which is at walkable distance from palolem beach. What stands out about this place is how a soft breeze always keeps on flowing through the surroundings and playing with the curtains, how wonderfully curated the interior of the apartment is and how quickly you start feeling that you are right at home or start wishing this was your home. The flat is equipped with all the listed amenities and it is in a gated society so you feel secure. I was looking for solace and solitude and found it at soft moments at this place.

Kaulina has been a great host everytime. I have booked his place twice and it has always been a very peaceful and homely stay. He was also very kind to extend my check out time when I fell sick this time. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a pristine experience in South Goa.

We stayed here as a short halt while driving back to Pune from Kerala. It was a last minute booking and we chose this place as it was close to the highway and to the Palolem beach. The house is specious, newly constructed, fully furnished with a functional kitchen. It is perfectly situated surrounded by green woods, and within a small hamlet settlement. The beach, eateries and shops were walking distance and we didn't need to take out our car even once during our short stay. Definitely shortlisting this place for when we come back to this part of Goa again in the future for a longer stay.

The property is just as described. It was perfect for us and our kids. Nitin is very emphathic and proactive. It felt like home away from home and those with toddlers and infants will understand how important that is when travelling. Looking forward to another visit soon.

Sindiya, who looked after us, was extremely helpful and reacted within minutes to any message we sent when we needed to ask her something. The place is well appointed, super clean, with a hot shower, washing machine, water purifier so you don't need to carry heavey bottles up the stairs, and the balcony overlooking the fields and tree tops is super! Kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to cook, which we didn't as we ate out every night. Comfortable beds, nice sheets and towels. We'd highly recommend this apartment, it's lovely.

One of the best apartments we've been to on Airbnb. Very cozy, clean and homely. Located a little far from Palolem beach (15 minutes walk), but for us this was a plus as it is quieter and more peaceful. Also in the photographs the apartment looks simpler than in real life. Large open space, clean and tidy shower (rare in India). Very responsive and pleasant owner. We highly recommend this option to all future travelers!

Had a very pleasant and peaceful stay! The host lives abroad, so we were greeted by his mother, who was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We stayed here for New Year's Eve and spent most of the time on the secluded Galgibaga Beach, which I highly recommend to anyone planning to stay at this place. Overall, it was a completely tranquil experience!

Daddu's place is really conveniently located between Patnem (quieter, beautiful beach, easy walking distance) and Palolem (busier beach but also beautiful). The apartment is spacious and airy, and was perfect for my son and I - there is enough space so you're not on top of eachother all the time! There are a couple of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk, a great little bakery which sells good bread, cookies and cakes as well as tasty food to eat in and a couple of good yoga centres within walking distance. Daddu is really friendly and helpful and gives you great tips on places to eat and visit. We loved our stay, thank you!

This place is right across the beach. The place is far better than other cottages on beach. we loved the warm hospitality and cleanliness. The host themselves take good care of guests and are a ring away.

Отличное жилье, которое стоит своих денег! Комплекс, в котором находится квартира очень уютный и везде зелень, охраняется. Сама квартира чистая, тихая, с красивым видом на бассейн. Удобное расположение , чтобы дойти пешком до Палолема и пляжа Патнем. Нам все понравилось! Большое спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство, раннее заселение и быстроту ответов!

Aditya's parents hosted us - very loving couple. They made us feel very comfortable, and took care of all our needs. They have a 3-acre farm and a couple of cows. The kids loved roaming around. They even drove us to a river/sunset point - beautiful views. Aditya's mom is a GREAT cook - mouthwatering delicacies. Its a very quiet area, very peaceful... Overall, enjoyed our stay for 1 night.

Das kleine Haus ist wirklich nett, simple und gemütlich . Die Kommunikation mit Nivo war gut und er hat uns mit gefiltertem Trinkwasser versorgt - keine 1000 Plastikflaschen - das fanden wir super! Danke dafür! Sehr praktisch auch das magnetische Fliegengitter in der Tür und die schöne Veranda, von der man aus Vögel, Affen und Schmetterlinge beobachten kann. Das Bett ist schmaler als es auf den Fotos aussieht und die Matratze sehr hart, aber da hat ja jeder so seine eigenen Vorlieben. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen im Tree Shanti !

it was first time in Goa, stayed with DADDU...he helped me to rent bike and share informations about food and hangout places...very friendly and cool host cheers

House interior needs renovation, toilet flush system require immediate repair. swimming pool water treatment plant is not operational in day time.
