Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

Welcome to a cozy and fresh cottage in Simpnäs! Here, you are close to beautiful cliffs, café and restaurant in a genuine archipelago village. Until season -21, the cottage was of a simpler standard, now we offer a newly renovated cottage for 2 or 3 people (family bunk bed). Stove/oven, fridge and microwave. Hot water, toilet and shower. The cottage has a large terrace and is secluded. Communications are good from, among other places, Stockholm by car, bus or boat. Bus 636 or Waxholmsbolaget's Sjöbris via Arholma.

Accommodation on Gräddö 15 minutes from Norrtälje! We rent out our nice house located high in the sun from morning till night. There is hot water. The tent is only set up in the summer. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms as well as one bathroom and a kitchen. Please let us know how many you are and what you have plans with and during your stay. This is to make us feel safe with our tenants as well as to have your stay as good as possible. Previous reviews are from renting a residence in the city.

This charming archipelago house in a farm environment has a large glass veranda and living room with four meters ceiling height as well as all the amenities. There are three bedrooms, of which a double bedroom upstairs as well as two single bedrooms near a large bathroom downstairs. The glass porch has a seating area and dining table for 6-8 people. Beside the kitchen, there is another living room and dining area. A private beach with cliffs and sand as well as sauna available 500 m from the house.
