Cabin

Welcome to Eikenes farm. A cozy and charming little house from the 1700s. Enjoy a cup of coffee and a round of yatzy in front of the fireplace, a good book in the rocking chair overlooking the fjord or breakfast on the terrace. Bring your swimwear and stroll down to the beach or try your luck fishing on the quay. Pack your backpack and find a mountain top. Playground and football field can be found right next to the house. 15 min to the nearest grocery store in Valen. 25 min to the center of Husnes. 50 min to Rosendal and the beautiful barony.

"The blue nest" Solbakken Microhouse

Enjoy the nature and the views you get when you get up to the top of this newly built Microhouse. This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

Relax with family or friends in this peaceful place. Great cabin located in a remote location with beautiful lake views. Spacious plot and plenty of room to frolic. Child-friendly. The cabin has an open living room and kitchen solution. 3 bedrooms, of which one bedroom has a double bed and a junior bed, one room has a double bed and one room with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower. Washing machine in the external shed. Dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle in the kitchen. Heat pump, heating cables and wood stove.

You can get to the Barony of Rosendal in under an hour and Folgefonna National Park is just over an hour's drive. The accommodation is a good starting point for traveling day trips around Hardanger. The nearest grocery store is 15 minutes away, and Husnes shopping center you will find just under 25 minutes away.

The cabin has recently been completely renovated and contains a living room and kitchen in one, 3 bedrooms with room for 6 - 8 people, bathroom, basement with washing machine, internet and TV. There is easy access by car all the way to the door.

It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
