Villa holiday rentals in Ústí nad Labem Region

Don't let the first look scare you. Yes it looks a bit aged with the wooden windows and the retro furniture but the place is perfectly fine. The kitchen is recent and has all the appliances you need. The bathroom has a rainshower and there's a washer and dryer! Clean sheets and towels were provided. Rooms are clean and spacious. The garden is quite large and has a trampoline that's in good state, garden furniture and a BBQ. We had some trouble with the wifi but Vit responded fast to help resolve the issue :) There's a bus within walking distance and supermarkets less than 10 min by car. We had a lovely stay and can recommend this house.

We felt very comfortable with Martin. The villa and garden are beautiful and the apartment itself is very well equipped. The house sits just above in an idyllic town. The center and supermarket are within easy walking distance. We particularly liked the fact that it is less touristy there and yet everything you want as a vacationer is available. The location is great for hiking in Bohemian Switzerland. Many highlights can be reached in less than 30 minutes. A hiking trail even leads directly past the house. Saxon Switzerland can also be easily reached. Martin is very friendly and welcomed us personally. He gave us tips for the region and answered all of our questions. A clear recommendation.

The house is identical as shown in the photos and it is a nice, quiet location in the fall. The staff is friendly at the reception and answers all questions. The accommodation was clean as we are also used to from the previous accommodations. Gladly come back.

We were a group of 11 friends, who travelled over a weekend from Berlin. It was easily accessible from Berlin with a car, being located very close to the German border. There is also a shopping place nearby. The holiday home offered ample bedspaces and is as described. The kitchen is well equipped and the backyard also is a great addition. The sauna, table tennis and pool table offers great activities to relax and have some joyous times with friends. The area is very private and has some beautiful walking trails. Overall, we would gladly recommend the holiday home to anyone looking for a similar experience.

We had a fantastic time. Martin gave us a friendly welcome to his property. The apartment is beautifully furnished, there are many places to relax on the property and you hardly notice the other guests in the house. The dogs, which occasionally run around freely, are also very quiet. Thank you very much for the great job of renovating such a beautiful old house and opening it up to guests.

The place was exactly what we needed - a relaxing place for a family with three children. The host was active in communication, everything was ready, nothing was a problem. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Great villa to visit. Very close to airport and not too far from central

There were 9 of us in the accommodation. The house is great and offers everything you need. 3 different grills are available (smoker, Weber and open grill bowl). Multiple showers and toilets make it much easier when traveling with a large group. The house has several rooms with 3 or 2 beds. The view of the canal is awesome. I highly recommend booking the place along with the bar. The bar is awesome. Plenty of space, music system, projector, TV, stage, light music and a beer tap are provided. This takes barbecuing in the evening and partying together to a new level:) Right in front of the house there is plenty of free parking available for easily 7-10 cars. Nearby (max 5-10 minutes by car) there are many. Grocery shopping from well-known supermarkets. Michal is a friendly, helpful and a great host. We will be happy to come back! Thank you

The property is very nicely located and offers plenty of space for a large group. The house has been lovingly restored and you feel very comfortable. The quiet and undisturbed location is very nice. Behind the house is the castle park and a hiking trail, as well as a beer garden with playground in summer. Highly recommended for families.

We had a really pleasant stay at Marie's place. The super neat and tastefully decorated flat has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. Marie and her family are super welcoming and everything worked out very smoothly with the check-in and out. Thank you :)) To extraordinary Saxon Switzerland is an hour's ride, while you can go for a full day visit to Prag with about a 1.5-hour drive.

It has been our 3rd time in the villa, this time upstairs, in room 5. As always, everything is nice, clean and convenient in the room, there is ample space to store everything. Ms. Alena Bernhardt is the "good soul" of the house; she keeps everything in order every day, is very polite and attentive. Thank you and best regards :-) We have recovered wonderfully. The garden offers fruit trees, the plums and pears are ripe... The internet / wifi worked very well throughout. The new kitchen in the basement looks great, with full occupancy, a second fridge might be pretty good.

The house itself is an old beautiful castle like surrounded by lots of grass and space for my friend’s dog to run through and play. The room was very bright with lots of air and it was all very clean and inviting :) The people working there were very kind , helpful and smiling. We felt very comfortable and could recharge well 🌷

We had a great time at Gabriela’s. The old villa and the surroundings are picturesque, the room and the kitchen are very comfortable and she was very caring by providing the fire at the fireplace at the end of every cold day I spent hiking with my two sons. Recommend to anyone.

We were here in the villa for the 2nd summer, this time in room 4, with balcony and fridge. We enjoyed this luxury very much. Most of the time we only had the villa to ourselves, when other guests come with many/ small children, it is of course noisy and until late at night. From Chomutov we did a lot outside but it is also beautiful in Chomutov. We'll be back.

Nigel makes a true , FULL English breakfast , definitely dont miss out on that His house sits on a huge compound with a lovely garden , parking spaces , swimming pool that will calm any stressed out traveler . Bed is very comfortable and the toilet is new , clean and has two sinks
