Holiday rentals with a patio in Ústí nad Labem Region

There were five of us here as a family. The space was visual and hygienic in an impeccable state. Plenty of space and retreats, as well as two toilets, which was very helpful. The free parking space in the underground car park made it easier to get there by car. Definitely recommend on our part. Sylvia was very friendly 😊

Loved the apartment’s design and layout, and the private elevator was a great touch. The parking spot was very secure. Overall, I felt very safe, and it’s just a five-minute walk to the metro, making it easy to reach all the attractions in Prague.

10/10 recommend Kate and Martin were incredible hosts. Definitely the most family friendly place we have stayed at. They had toys and games for all ages. Another huge thing was having dishware for kids! Kate and martin have thought of everything! They even went above and beyond for my kids and Signed up for netflix (they don't even own a TV upstairs themselves, this is just for the Airbnb) so my kids could watch some TV in the mornings while we were trying to get everyone ready for the day. Great recommendations on where to go and how to get around, the home is in perfect proximity to "old town". And if you have a car that will fit they have a separate garage for you to use which again was amazing especially having 3 small kids. Thank you for an incredible weekend hope to be back soon!

We (my husband, daughter and I) had a wonderful stay at Mark’s apartment in Prague! Mark is a welcoming host who made check-in easy and was always available if we had any questions. The apartment itself is small, but spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but still full of great options for grocery stores, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. We highly recommend it for couples or small families visiting Prague.

This place is fantastic! Centrally located, but not loud (I slept beautifully each night). Spacious, the heat and hot water were reliable, and the place was clean—fresh and clean linens, absolutely no pests. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again

Very good experience in this rental in the heart of Prague . Very spacious apartment for a city center with very qualitative furniture. Wow effect on arrival! Really very well located, close to all the places of visit and amenities at the bottom of the building ( shops and transport ). Clean accommodation with all the necessities needed, especially for our family of 4 who were in backpack mode. Just to be provided if needed , quiescent ball and night mask for people sensitive to noise ( passage of garbage in the morning but very quiet building) and light(slat blinds) . This is not a negative point because the quality of the listing largely compensates for this. We recommend 100% for a stay in Prague whatever the duration .

Everything was absolutely great Accommodation beautiful, clean and very cozy. Honza is a great host – communication fast and friendly. We were here with a small bunch of friends to celebrate a birthday and couldn't have picked a better place! The grill zone is an absolute bomb 🔥fireplace adds a magical atmosphere to the entire stay, and overall we had a great time here. Thank you so much and we definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to relax and celebrate! 🎉 We'd love to come back! 😊

We stayed in the holiday home from March 2025 with 12 people. There was enough space for everyone, so the room layout was very simple and with 4 bathrooms (without considering the apartment) we were always able to divide ourselves well. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and were very enthusiastic about the large kitchen with cooking island, the very spacious living room incl. Bar and the beautiful winter ridge with large ping pong table. We were initially afraid of the large group that it would be a little cramped, but we were always able to spread out well and were also able to use everything outside (barbecue, fire pit, pool). The beer had cost extra, but we were advised of the cost in advance. The surroundings were wonderful and so we were able to discover the good restaurants while hiking. Shopping was not far away. We thank you again for the wonderful hospitality by Corah Lou and Jan and want to come back next year:).

Beautiful modern cabin, just like the photos. Super use every inch of the place. The cabin is smaller, but every detail is really logical. Nice big garden available front and back. Luxury clean bathroom. Sauna fabulous. The host was always responsive to inquiries right away. We and our dogs had a great time. We will definitely come back and recommend to a wider family :-)) more places like this 🌻

The place was fantastic—spotlessly clean and exactly as described, with modern facilities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The host went above and beyond, being both exceptionally friendly and highly supportive throughout our visit. I couldn’t recommend this place more—it’s a true gem!

We had very nice days together with the whole family (a total of eleven people with adults, teenagers and toddler). We loved the layout of the rooms and amenities. A really beautiful home with a pleasant mix of antique construction and current technology and modern design.

The place was described. No deficiencies found. Very modern furnishings. Apartment is about a half hour by tram from the old town. The stop was within 10 minutes walking distance. The parking spot in the underground parking lot was a bit inconvenient for parking if you have a big car. We were very pleased. The apartment is worth it, I would book again at any time. Really great Airbnb! There is a 24h reception if any questions arise, the hosts are super friendly and respond quickly to any questions. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures and is really a dream for the price. The location is also great, in a good 15 minutes walk you are in the old/downtown and there are many restaurants, bars or also connections to public transport nearby. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. So in summary, you can say that this Airbnb really has everything you need at a fair price!

Perfect first time to spend in this apartment. Top location, very quiet and private

Marek was a reliable, friendly and such a great host, prompt in communication, and always available to solve anything that came up. The apartment itself is spacious and quiet, located in a renovated historic building, with a tram stop right in front. It’s in Letná, a nice, slightly hipster neighborhood loved by locals, with nature around the corner. A great district to soak up a less touristy side of the city.

I stayed at Jana's place during a roadtrip through Czechia with some friends. It was a fantanstic stay. The apartment itself is located in a village close to the town of Decin (10 min drive) with restaurants and supermarkets, or about 20 minutes drive to the Bohemian Switzerland national park. You absolutely need a car to get here, but there is a parking space available for travellers. The location is stunning, directly on a river with a big garden which is free to use, including the possibility to build a fire. Be aware, there are three very friendly cats at the location! The apartment is a charming studio, quite large, with a good and decently equipped kitchen and a balcony. There is another AirBnB below, but this space is completely private. Sleeping arrangements were two, very large, comfortable beds. Check in was absolutely seamless, with Jana responding promptly and giving us clear instructions to find the place. Great stay!

Overall, we were very satisfied with the apartment. The location is very central and all (ordinary) tourist destinations are very easy and within walking distance. However, the equipment of the kitchen was somewhat expandable. Toaster and a simple (bread) knife, for example, were missing, but in no case negatively limited the use.
