Unique, located in the middle of the nature conservation and recreational area Greifensee, you can experience unforgettable moments romantically as a couple, with friends or with family on the spacious Dehler yacht "Lucky". There is a comfortable double bed and in the rear of the boat, 2 people can be accommodated in the 8-person cabin. The boat is simple but comfortably equipped - solar power, water tank, simple solar shower, chemical toilet. No WiFi!

The 2.5 room apartment is located in a bungalow with 80s charm. The house has a driveway and is therefore away from the road, which is used only by residents. Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

Back at your apartment, you can leave the huste & bustle of the city behind, cooking meals in peace in the kitchen. The kitchen is small, but it’s fully stocked & features lots of cookbooks so you can rustle up something yourself for a quiet night in followed by a glass of wine on the balcony. If you’re looking for the homely feeling but also the proximity to the city center.

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Open, bright, cozy and quiet. With seating and a small garden. Since I'm not always there, I rent out my home in between. So you will live like me :-), it is not a "business apartment". It comes with life charm and is very well decorated. I think you won't miss anything and please ask for it otherwise. On foot: 20 min to the beautiful Greifensee for walks, along the house leads into nature, 15 m to the train station and 20 min (train) to Zurich.
