This unit shares the property with another Tiny Home where the owner lives full time.

Waterfront Cottage Fox Spit Farm

Escape to our farm just outside of Langley on beautiful Whidbey Island. Our family has lived here since the late 1800's, and we just completed a wonderful new guest cottage sitting on the high bank with 180-degree views of Saratoga Passage, Mount Baker, and the North Cascades. With 900 square feet of open living area, a fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed, high speed internet, 2 TV's, beautiful furnishings and easy access to the beach it's the perfect get-away!

Moonrise Cottage

This peaceful, coastal cottage was built in 2019 and sits on 5 acres of lush green grass, gardens and overlooks Deer Lagoon and Useless Bay. The bright, modern farmhouse is magazine worthy, immaculate and features all brand new and top of the line furniture, appliances, linens, towels and is completely outfitted for the gourmet cook. For babies, the cottage provides a pak n play, booster seat and toys. For adults there is bocce ball and croquet upon request.

Our studio apartment has a private entrance and a private Juliet balcony to enjoy stunning views of Puget Sound. Sleep in comfort on a Tempurpedic bed with adjustable head and foot lift. Additional sofa bed for extra guests. All necessities provided. Private indoor pool with views out to Puget Sound. Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.

Featuring custom woodwork and trim milled from trees from the site, the art-filled cabin includes a double bed in the loft (accessed via a somewhat challenging spiral staircase), a well-equipped kitchenette and Wi-Fi with high-speed internet access. Raven' Landing Studio sits atop a hill with a view of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound. It faces west so it catches the sun late into the afternoon. We finish the day with spectacular sunsets. Point No Point beach is a destination beach just minutes away. You can walk up the hill from my home to access ten plus miles of trails for hiking or biking.
