Our beautiful, listed spa architecture villa was built in 1896. In 2000, the entire villa was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. All apartments are state of the art and comfortably furnished. Three of the five apartments have a balcony or terrace. You will love our spacious island loft (about 220 sqm). At a width of 4 meters, you have a window front overlooking the Baltic Sea. When the weather permits you can open the windows across the entire width. You can also enjoy the great sea view from the sauna and kitchen. The kitchen is in a class of its own. Equipped with professional equipment from Gaggenau and with plenty of room for numerous helping hands. Take a seat at the spacious table with your family or friends and enjoy a delicious espresso from the coffee machine after dinner. On one of the three balconies in the attic you will always find a nice place. And if the weather is not so good, just sit in a comfortable English leather armchair and look at the Baltic Sea or the beautiful fireplace. On the lower floor of the island loft (1st floor) are two bedrooms with double beds and a wonderful sea view. Both bedrooms are of course equipped with a TV. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that leaves nothing to be desired. A large walk-in shower with a ceiling shower is available as well as a wonderful bathtub. A sofa in the bathroom invites you to make yourself comfortable.

Good morning in the apartment togetherness. Here you can relax with max. 2 people can relax on 41 square meters, in a stylish and cozy atmosphere. In the morning, you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace or in the fully equipped kitchen-living room, and in the evening, your BBQ in the barbecue area. In bad weather, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa in front of the 50" smart TV or read your favorite book in the rocking chair. Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

Vacation between meadows and sea Apartment 1

We have 3 apartments in a quiet location, overlooking the forest and meadows. They are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping facilities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 45 m² and has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed, shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.
