IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Just 5 minutes from the city of Minas 8 (4 km) you will enjoy a wonderful environment. You will find animals, lizards, hares, hens, capybaras, rabbits and a variety of birds. You will have access to an enclosed hot tub, available from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. Complimentary access to the games room, which includes a pool table (stone slab) and air-hockey. A camp with noise is not a camp, so the use of speakers is not allowed! The pool is open from 1 November to 1 April and is for exclusive use.

This beautiful minimalist Nordic-style cabin was designed to relax in the middle of the native forest, home to multiple species of fauna and flora characteristic of our country; with independent exit to the lagoon (200m) where you can enjoy various water activities, bike rides, trekking along wonderful trails and miles of secluded beaches.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
