All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Enjoy!

La Locanda dispone de cuatro casitas distribuidas en un jardín arbolado. Cada una cuenta con dormitorio con a.c, baño, cocina y jardín de invierno con estufa a leña. Ubicada en una zona tranquila, rodeada de fauna y flora, a 500 m de la playa (10 min caminando). Las construcciones son artesanales construidas por sus dueños Adri y Tato, con interiores en barro y techo vivo que le ofrecen al interior buen aislamiento térmico y calidez particular. Just 5 minutes from the city of Minas 8 (4 km) you will enjoy a wonderful environment. You will find animals, lizards, hares, hens, capybaras, rabbits and a variety of birds. You will have access to an enclosed hot tub, available from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. Complimentary access to the games room, which includes a pool table (stone slab) and air-hockey. A camp with noise is not a camp, so the use of speakers is not allowed! The pool is open from 1 November to 1 April and is for exclusive use.
