The house has a unique design by architect Janer Lagarreta, and has large stone walls that provide adequate thermal comfort, just like on the second floor, where insulation is given by double walls of solid bricks. There are no electronic devices in the house, no TV or WiFi, the idea is to expand the natural coexistence
