IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. House with a beautiful view of the mountains

Just 5 minutes from the city of Minas 8 (4 km) you will enjoy a wonderful environment. You will find animals, lizards, hares, hens, capybaras, rabbits and a variety of birds. You will have access to an enclosed hot tub, available from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. Complimentary access to the games room, which includes a pool table (stone slab) and air-hockey. A camp with noise is not a camp, so the use of speakers is not allowed! The pool is open from 1 November to 1 April and is for exclusive use.

"La Locanda - living houses" 1

La Locanda has four small houses spread across a wooded garden. Each has a bedroom with air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchen and a conservatory with a wood-burning stove. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by flora and fauna, 500 m from the beach (10 min walk). The buildings are handcrafted by their owners, Adri and Tato, with mud interiors and a living roof that provides good thermal insulation and a unique warmth to the interior. (There are 1 🐕 and 3 🐈 on site) bikes available

Sierras de Leskem is a nature reserve, located in the Department of Maldonado, 30 minutes from Piriapolis and 20 minutes from Minas. Our accommodation consists of an old AFE train car, restored with all amenities, to enjoy tranquility with a spectacular 360-degree view of the mountains. We also have other lodging options that you can visit through networks. Comfortable place, surrounded by lots of peace and quiet.
