Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

We rent out our freshly renovated and lovingly furnished attic apartment in the main house of our farm. The multi-generational farm is located in a secluded location about 400 m in front of the idyllic village of Greußenheim, 12 km west of Würzburg. The apartment is approximately 50 m2, fully equipped and fitted with a new fitted kitchen. Parking space/garage for a car is available. The nearest bus stop is about a five-minute walk away (direction: Würzburg and Marktheidenfeld).

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Treat yourself to a few relaxing days in our small vacation oasis right on the edge of the forest. Our 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is almost barrier-free. The bedroom offers a cozy 140 cm bed and, if necessary, an equally wide fold-out sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest - ideal for relaxing walks to Karlsburg or downtown Karlstadt.
