Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. After that, I will definitely spend the summer here, the house is immaculately clean, Mr. Uğur helped us with whatever we wanted. We were in Izmir Konak for 5 days. Our stay in the apartment was very nice, we were very satisfied. Everything as described in the ad, expectations as in the photos, it was all perfect. The hosts Ms. Tülin and Ms. Hazal were very nice, friendly, helpful. The apartment was very well maintained, clean, there was everything you need from A-Z. The location is right in the center of Izmir-Alsancak, you can walk everywhere. Thank you again for everything.

The apartment is very well decorated and free of clutter. Very welcoming and easy to relax in. The view of the ocean is amazing. There are restaurants, markets, cafes, shops, etc. right outside the front and back doors. Also public transportation that takes you straight to the downtown touristy area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you're staying in Izmir.

A house with a garden that will not be less comfortable than your home and where you have all your basic needs. The garden is especially suitable for children. The Internet is extremely fast, which is an important plus for those who have to work from home.

Very nice apartment close to the clocktower. It was clean and well equipped. The communication with Murat was easy and he was super friendly. The sleeping rooms do not have windows to the outside but there is air conditioning. I can recommend to stay there.

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

Ms. Ayşe was a really amazing host. She was flawlessly supportive. We've never had such hospitality before. It was both very nice and cozy at the facility we stayed in. During our stay, we felt like we were at home... they were very caring. The house was clean in general, the beds were carefully prepared. The pool was clean. We had everything we needed at home. We really like the house. Everything was clean and there was everything you could need in the house. The balcony was great, the beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. Everything was furnished in a comfortable and stylish way.

Mr. Zafer was a very caring host. He even helped us move our stuff home. He also left some treats for the house. The house was as in the photos. It's pretty close to the center of Çeşme. When we went, we were able to leave the car nearby because it was not very crowded. Price performance is a place to stay

Vasiliki is very responsive and gives good advice. The apartment matches the photos and the sea view is beautiful. Excellent bedding. Ideally located apartment to discover this incredible region dedicated to mastic resin. Restaurant advice 5 minutes' walk: "Karagiorgis Giorgos", very good, hearty, good price... and friendly owner. Gorgeous apartment with a truly stunning view of the beach. Opening the windows makes the living room and bedroom feel like a balcony. Fantastic location. Check in was easy and everything was super clean. Host was very responsive too. Would definitely go back!
