The place is perfect! The location is privileged and the common areas such as the pool and tennis court were incredible. The beach is super close and also has a beach bar for eating. Honestly, we loved the place. Andy was very kind, explained everything super well and the apartment has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. Something that can help them: If you have trouble sleeping, bring earplugs. In the early morning, you can hear many birds and different noises (I found it very relaxing, but my mother, for example, had trouble sleeping). The place has no oven, but it does have one for cooking with pots. At night the lighting inside the apartment is not the best, I would add some lamps or better lights on the ceiling. Be ultra cautious not to leave ANY food out or the floor will be filled with ants.

This villa is far more beautiful than the photos suggest. We had complete privacy and the views out to the sea were incredible. Alex was incredibly helpful with our check-in and any questions we had about the area. Could not recommend this villa enough and will definitely be back in the future!

Eric's house was the best accommodation since we started renting accommodation on the Costa Blanca a few months ago. Since we travel with a large dog, the fenced property was ideal. There is a dog beach within walking distance, which can be reached in a few minutes. The area is wonderfully quiet, but you definitely need a car to get to the nearest towns. The bathroom on the ground floor is newly tiled with a beautiful large ground-level shower. Mattresses in the SZ are very comfortable, the only drawback for me personally was that there was no way to darken the rooms, only thin light curtains! The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The property with its old trees offers wonderful shady places to relax and offers plenty of space for dogs to browse around. Eric always responded very quickly to all questions, the contact was very pleasant! All in all, staying with Eric was just the thing for us. Clear recommendation!
