Monthly Rentals in Urbana

We booked this for two of our high school wrestling coaches while the team was at Jordan camp nearby. They said it was a very nice place and better than they expected for the price!

You won’t find a better place or more responsive hosts. This place is outside town, but still convenient to town and Kiser Lake. The amenities are all first class. Nice towels, nice sheets, and a very well-stocked kitchen. We knew that there was a washer and dryer, so we were even able to pack lighter than a normal trip. The hosts left us well stocked with firewood and we made some yummy s’mores while sitting out and enjoying the quiet of nature. I’m new to having my own Airbnb account and I can only hope to get other hosts as nice and responsive as Scott and Chelle. They had homemade apple crisp and ice cream waiting for us upon our arrival. The apple crisps were still warm! The fridge had farm fresh milk, eggs, coffee creamer and butter. Everything about this place and these hosts exceeded our highest expectations. Now that I’m retiring, we hope to use this place every time we go to Urbana to visit the daughter and granddaughter.

Loved my stay in downtown Urbana. The location is absolutely beautiful. Starting with the exterior building, along the sidewalk to the amazing back yard and patio it's all so very pretty. The steps to the unit are a bit steep, so be sure to take your time. Once inside though, it's quiet and very well laid out. With the bedroom at the back of the unit, you sleep well with no road noise (not that there's a lot of traffic at night anyway). It's very well laid out, organized, clean & cozy. With it being at a prime location, there's many restaurants & shops easily in walking distance. I could definitely see myself staying here again!

Our group loved staying here! It felt like an actual home with everything you need and had tons of charm. It was also very comfortable, with many spacious bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a lovely sunroom that was perfect for reading and hanging out. I highly recommended staying here if you get the chance.
