Holiday houses in Urbana

We loved staying at this little cottage in Fredonia. It worked for everything we needed even with the rain. We will be staying here again if it is available and Starla would be so kind to have us! I will be packing less knowing that there is literally everything you would ever need there. Thank you for allowing us to use your home! 5 stars and then some!

The place was beautiful and so relaxing! We had a great time and Dee even gave up a loaf of bread, it was so yummy! This was the first Airbnb I stayed at that literally had everything we needed and more! She was extremely friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our time and can’t wait to come with our friends and family! Thank you for such great hospitality!

We had a great stay at the West Mineral Vacation Home. We were in the area for a work trip, plenty of room for a group of 5. The place was extremely clean and tidy. The home is very new. Checking-in was easy. Vic was helpful with the instructions, and is a great host. Thanks! Joe and Crew

John and Ginny are quiet, friendly hosts. They live on property (at a distance) and are ready to help; bringing us fire wood, etc. We got to try out their brand new outdoor shower - very pleasant. The camp site is perched on a hill set back from the road. Toilet is down the hill (not too far), and there is a small pond to circumvent between the tent and the shower, plan accordingly. We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful weekend here, there was even a swing set and sand pit the kids enjoyed. Definitely recommend!

We stayed at Eric's place for my dad's 90th birthday. Great location near his home. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking and room for some horseshoes and archery. Enjoyed the BBQ and fire pit. Master and second bedrooms were great for two couples. The third bedroom had bunk beds and a kids bed, which worked ok for an adult but not ideal. Would be awesome if you have kids. We ended up sleeping 5 adults and dad went home for the night. Eric nicely left worms for fishing and even a treat for dad. :-) He was very responsive and helpful during the stay. Great stay, great host.

This is the perfect place to stay while in Fredonia. It’s clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and has everything you need for a stay. We appreciated Londa’s responsiveness and hospitality!
