Awesome place! It's an olschool apartment, but super clean and totally gave us vintage vibes. The garden is honestly a little oasis, and Eric is a great guy. 100% recommend!

We loved Tim’s place! I work in New Orleans often, and this is one of the most convenient and comfortable homes I’ve Airbnb’d. Tim was helpful and responsive and it’s clear that he puts a ton of work into making folks feel welcome in the crescent city.

We LOVED staying here! He helped us with our cars, had great recommendations, had a lovely conversation, and overall a great environment to stay in. He even told us if we came back, to just text him! We absolutely loved it :)

The apartment is right across the street from Loyola and a block to Tulane’s campus. It was a great location for our Tulane college tour and to get to know the neighborhood a bit. The beds are comfortable and the place was spotless. Plenty of towels and soap, shampoo, etc provided. Easy check in and check out instructions. The host was very responsive when I emailed with questions.

Overall, we had a great stay. The house was really nice for what it was worth. The only issue was, the outside doesn't look to appealing. It looks disheveled and on a semi-busy street. If you are in the front 2 rooms (living room and 1st bedroom) you can hear the cars whizzing by. The 2nd/3rd bedrooms you can't really hear. The stay overall was very accommodating. The host was very responsive, the beds/linens were nice, comfy and clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but it did it's job. If you're on a budget, I'd definitely consider this for other guests.

The house was exactly as described. The beds were extremely comfortable and cozy. Anthony was very accommodating and let us check in a few hours early. Great location to restaurants and the trolley.

This was a great place to stay! Check in and check out was very easy. It looked exactly like the pictures and the house is on a nice, quiet street. It’s within walking distance to the street cars and Freret street where there’s plenty of good restaurants and bars.

Kelly's cute shotgun house was perfect for our stay! Loved the gated off street parking!! The house had everything we needed -even down to a pack-n-play and toddler cups/saucers. The courtyard was so relaxing- we would have spent more time outside if we had been there longer. Kelly communicated everything perfectly. The house is within walking distance of great coffee and food. 100% recommend if you are looking for something out of the crowds of the Quarter. Will rent again!

Had a lovely time in this amazing space. It was huge! The decor is great, tall ceilings, and they even have a large collection of vinyl. Plus, the hosts were very gracious and helpful when prompted with questions. Whole Foods was only 15 min stroll from the home and was a nightly stop. And the bead shop down the street was also amazing. The vibe was right, the local businesses were a delight, and the time was well spent. Highly recommend.

The perfect place for our girls trip! 2 king size beds and 2 full baths. Quiet location and walkable to lots of places. Loved the French Truck coffee shop across the street! Would highly recommend!

The house was beautiful - if anything, I feel like it *exceeded* my expectations. Super spacious, lovingly decorated, all that good stuff. And the location was perfect, too; close to everything you want to be close to, but with enough privacy to get a good night's sleep. But that's just the house itself. Jason & Michelle were INCREDIBLE hosts. Just extraordinarily accommodating/communicative. I had a kinda wacky shipping request (due to my line of work/reason for being there), and Michelle wasn't just "okay with it", she was my dang partner in the whole ordeal. Simply above and beyond. I wouldn't just recommend this spot to a pal; I would chastise them for going elsewhere. 6 stars!!! <3

One of the best individually-owned rentals we have ever booked. To say that it is clean and well-stocked is an understatement! We will keep this one at the top of our list for NOLA. It truly felt like home. Off-street parking was perfect. Very nice neighborhood. Easy access to the trolley (streetcar). We enjoyed this home so very much.

We enjoyed our stay at Susan’s while visiting New Orleans. Our original Airbnb cancelled on us last minute due to an unforeseen emergency. This ended up being a blessing in disguise as this location was 10x better. My family consists of myself, my husband, and our three kids ranging from ages 13, 16, and 8. Each of our kids were able to have their own room and we all loved the New Orleans architecture style of the home. There was enough space for everyone plus more if you have more than 5. The bathrooms were all stocked with tissue, hand soap, makeup wipes, tons of towels and wash cloths, body wash and super clean. The kitchen had an appropriate amount of cooking supplies and even had plastic ware and foil if needed. The kitchen was beautifully designed as well as the rest of the home. There were two smart tv’s inside the home with two living room spaces. The main bedroom is downstairs and the rest are upstairs, the parking was plentiful and coffee and restar. were walkable.

Awesome neighborhood with lots of great food/drink options. Extremely walkable to all popular locations. Loved the high ceilings inside as well as the sliding doors to separate the sleeping area. Very attentive host.

Michelle’s place was as advertised with lots of room, clean, relatively quiet for its location and a great Mediterranean restaurant right next door as an extra bonus. Would recommend to anyone looking for a close location to the French Quarter but far enough away from the crowds.

This apartment was great. There is a noisy bar across the street but you don’t hear it in the bedroom. It’s beautiful inside and close to lots of restaurants and bus stops.

My wife & I stayed at Brad & Ben's loft in downtown New Orleans for a couple of nights while in town for a family wedding. Loved it! Great location near the French Quarter and other local destinations. The loft is very nice, clean and most importantly - great beds & sheets! When in this kind of location and being out & about, that's really the most important thing to get recharged. Very nicely appointed and clean, zero complaints. Brad's communications and instructions were very clear and well organized, making everything simple. Much appreciated and would definitely stay here again.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. Brad and his team were helpful and quick to respond; all instructions were very clear. The unit was spotless and cozy, and the complex was modern and peaceful. I can't say enough about the neighborhood. It was very pleasant and the people were friendly and welcoming. It's very walkable and close to some of my new favorite restaurants in New Orleans. I come to this city every year and this has been my favorite so far.

This is a lovely spot in a great location, right on Magazine street in the heart of the Garden District. Walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops and sweet shady neighborhood streets showcasing New Orleans' architecture. The space itself was exactly like the photos - very stylish, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Jo Ann was very accomodating, responsive and an excellent host. It was a fun stay for our first trip to NOLA and we're glad to have had the chance to experience it.

This was our second stay at Will‘s place. We chose to stay there again for a few reasons: it was within walking distance to the event we attended at the Smoothie King Center, it was easy to park in one of the garages that are located across the street, we had peace of mind about our safety, and it has the comfort of home with great furnishings and amenities. Will’s place did not disappoint our second time around!
