Cozy, Quiet Loft 3 blocks from the French Quarter

If the location isn't enough, you can rest easy knowing that you'll be resting easy in our brand new King-sized bed, fitted with a new Robin Mattress and Pottery Barn sheets. The queen-sized pullout couch is also a Robin mattress with Pottery Barn sheets. The rest of the apartment is decorated with West Elm, Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped, should you need a respite from all the delicious restaurants nearby. The foyer of the building and the hallway to the apartment are all indoors and are public space for the building's residents and guests. The inside of the apartment has everything you'll need for your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a breakfast nook and a washer and dryer. We cannot stress this enough to our guests... please contact us if you need anything at all! We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Also, we can answer any general questions about the neighborhood pertaining to restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment is just three blocks from the French Quarter and near to the Arts/Warehouse District. This neighborhood is riding the wave of gentrification that is spreading throughout the city, hosting many of the city's top restaurants and bars. For the parts of the city to which you can't walk, our building also enjoys the convenience of being located on one of the city's street car lines. Uber and Lyft are also available throughout the city and for airport transfers.

This place is a NOLA gem with a tribute to New Orleans musical greats as soon as you walk in. The owners are music and art lovers and they are excited to share their home with you. There is original artwork that is showcased throughout the home alongside a obvious love for jazz and music as brass instruments are on the wall w/ bright happy artwork by local artists. There is a full kitchen with air fryer and Keurig. There is a temperpedic KING mattress that makes for the best nights sleep ever!
