Stenhaga - house by its own lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Apartment by the lake. Furunäs, Sävsjöström

Stay close to Lake Alstern with a fantastic view of the water and the pine forest! The apartment is secluded and connected to the owner's house. It is a small, fully equipped accommodation of 35 m2. On the lower level, there is a bedroom with a double bed and space for a cot, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa and a TV, and a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a changing area. Sleeping loft with a bed and sleeping mattress. Large terrace. Plenty of space to park the car. A boat with an electric motor and a fishing licence are included.

Welcome to our newly-renovated farmhouse, with terrace and access to the family pool that is open and heated to at least 26 degrees May-September. The house is located in a quiet village out in the countryside, surrounded by fields, meadows, forest and lake. The house is located 35 meters from the family's residential building. Large lawns with space for games and play. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to nature and several lakes with swimming areas and fishing. Smaller villa with rural location and patio

Here you will find a nice villa in the countryside with proximity to both swimming and forest. The villa has a size of 74 sqm. There are 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds (two single beds in each bedroom). If you want to have more guests, you will need to bring your own air mattress, for example. There are large living areas, a terrace and a wooden deck facing south. The garden is cozy and secluded, with plenty of space for nice days. In walking distance (about 400 meters) from the house, there is a pond with a smaller beach, barbecue area and jetty.

Erik's cottage, Skedebäckshult

My wife Lollo and I welcome you to our newly renovated cottage from 1870 located in a well-preserved and beautiful turn-of-the-century environment. Here you can relax and enjoy - quiet location. You will have access to our private home park with barbecue facilities and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is also an 18th-century house you can peek into. It is 12 minutes to Nybro and 8 minutes to Orrefors with Orranäs glassworks and swimming lake.

Hökhult West Farm 2

When privacy with peace and quiet and proximity to nature are more important than a high standard of the accommodation itself, this is an excellent choice. Most things are there, and the house really has its charm, even if it's a bit worn in places. Five guests can stay comfortably in the main building. There is the possibility for more people to sleep, for example, if a couple wants to share a 120 bed, or you can sleep on extra beds or on a sofa bed. In spring, summer and fall, there is a guest house where an additional 3-5 people can sleep.

Kvarnstugan

Kvarnstugan is located in Fröseke in the heart of Småland. The Alsterån river flows right outside the cottage, and in the pond by the river there is a jetty with a boat that guests can use. The cottage is one of the oldest buildings in the village, has a sauna and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Here in Glasriket, you can not only visit the glassworks with their design history, but outside the warm cabins there is untouched nature, lakes, cultural history and the Baltic Sea is 40 minutes away. Welcome to the Kingdom of Crystal in Sweden! As total Sweden fans, we have fulfilled our dream of our own summer house in Sweden and would like to share this with you. The house is located in the middle of the Kingdom of Crystal in the natural surroundings of Småland with deep forests, a variety of lakes and hiking trails, as well as other attractions such as moose parks or glass workshops. The Baltic Sea and former Hanseatic city of Kalmar are about 40 minutes by car, as is the city of Växjo. Vi see us!;-)

Typical Swedish vacation home, Stuga - Smaland

I rent out a small cottage in Smaland (36495 Älghult). It is only a few hundred meters from the lake where there is a beautiful, child-friendly swimming area. Fishing is also possible in this and other nearby lakes. There is only one other house across the street, but it is only inhabited in summer. The house is about 50 m² and sleeps 4 people (2 double beds). It is lovingly decorated, we live in it ourselves!

Soldattorp / hunting lodge

Go back to the 1700s, live simply but comfortably in a soldier's cottage in the middle of the woods but close to the lake. There are a lot of moose and mushrooms in the area and the opportunity to go down to the lake, where there is also a boat and canoe to use. Lots of forest and land to discover. Wind turbines are nearby.
