Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Stay close to Lake Alstern with a fantastic view of the water and the pine forest! The apartment is secluded and connected to the owner's house. It is a small, fully equipped accommodation of 35 m2. On the lower level, there is a bedroom with a double bed and space for a cot, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa and a TV, and a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a changing area. My wife Lollo and I welcome you to our newly renovated cottage from 1870 located in a well-preserved and beautiful turn-of-the-century environment. Here you can relax and enjoy - quiet location. You will have access to our private home park with barbecue facilities and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is also an 18th-century house you can peek into. It is 12 minutes to Nybro and 8 minutes to Orrefors with Orranäs glassworks and swimming lake.

Typical Swedish vacation home, Stuga - Smaland

I rent out a small cottage in Smaland (36495 Älghult). It is only a few hundred meters from the lake where there is a beautiful, child-friendly swimming area. Fishing is also possible in this and other nearby lakes. There is only one other house across the street, but it is only inhabited in summer. The house is about 50 m² and sleeps 4 people (2 double beds). It is lovingly decorated, we live in it ourselves!
