The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Welcome to our charming lakeside cottage in idyllic Kummelnäs, right by the water with its own jetty and fantastic views of Stockholm's inlet. On summer evenings (April to mid-September), you can enjoy magical sunsets right from the balcony or the jetty. The cabin is approximately 40 square metres and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a sauna, charcoal grill and the possibility to rent a SUP for wonderful trips on the water.

A walk of about 15 minutes along the Fyrisån river takes you to the city center, or alternatively, you have 1 minute to the city buses. Parking for cars is available.

Enjoy a morning or evening swim from your own dock and take a ride on the lake or take a walk in the forest right at your doorstep. Nearby you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you wish to get into town, it is about 20 minutes into Sweden's fourth largest city where you will find all the restaurants and shopping you can imagine.

On the farm there is a dog and during summertime sheep.
