Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Waterfront house rentals

Unique boathouse from the early 1900s with 10 metres to a private beach and jetty. The house has a shower, toilet, simple kitchenette, wood-burning stove and wood-fired sauna. An oasis for those who appreciate quality of life and don't want to live in the centre. The sleeping loft has two mattresses directly on the floor and is accessed via a ladder. The ceiling is low, so here you have to embrace your inner cat and crawl smoothly towards the mattresses 😊 Cosy, charming and not for those who want to stretch out fully in bed😉 Sheets and towels are included.

Kronogården's one room and kitchen

In the heart of the village of Brunnsta you will find this peaceful and quiet accommodation. Here you can listen to LPs, play board games and relax in a private sauna (wood included). Here you live rural but still close to cities like Stockholm (45 km) and Uppsala (45 km) and Arlanda airport. There is a bus 1 km from the accommodation and long distance trains and commuter trains 8 km from the property. The swimming area is 2 km away. The accommodation is mainly for 2-3 people but another bed can be set up. Everyone sleeps in the same room.

Sörängen

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Sörängen is a charming old 19th-century cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms have been renovated but have retained their old charm. Fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located adjacent to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

Furnished pet-free apartment including parking in a quiet, rural environment in Uppsala's western entrance. With us, you live 10 minutes' drive, or 20 minutes' bike ride from central Uppsala. The house is adjacent to Hågadalen-Nåsten Nature Reserve with several trails for exercise, hiking, running, cycling and skiing. 5-minute walk to the shopping area Stenhagen Centrum with several grocery stores, liquor stores, pharmacies, fashion as well as restaurants and frequent bus services to Uppsala. Small cozy guesthouse near lake.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

The apartment is 85 sqm (915sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the upper floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Only 5 minutes from Arlanda. Perfect for early flights or late arrivals. Your own modern guesthouse (30m²) with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for both short and longer stays. 24-hour self-check-in and free parking right outside. Quiet location close to nature, also perfect for a relaxing stay near Stockholm. When booking for 5 people, we only recommend overnight stays, not longer stays.

High rise cottage

Högåsstugan is a 25 m2 guest house located on our quiet lot in central Knivsta. The house was newly built in 2020 and includes all of the modern amenities. It is a short walk (12 minutes) to the train station which takes you to Stockholm (30 minutes) or Uppsala (10 mins). There is a very nice ICA grocery store (8 min walk) and a small nature preserve (5 min walk) close by.
