I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! The highlight of the property is the huge back deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene surroundings. The large swimming pool adds to the charm, creating a perfect relaxation spot. Sigtuna itself is enchanting, with its quaint streets and rich history. The house embodies this charm, making it a delightful retreat. The peaceful location truly enhances the experience, allowing for a tranquil getaway. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to unwind in a picturesque setting. You won't be disappointed!

Per’s lake house is very beautiful and made us want to come back to Sigtuna! It’s very serene and walkable to a small commercial street in Sigtuna. We drove from Stockholm in an electric car and the house has an electric charger. The views from the living room are unforgettable. Per is very responsive too! I highly recommend!

We loved the convenient location of this Airbnb. You’re only 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from grocery/alcohol/pharmacy options. At the same time, you can experience the idillic Swedish countryside and lake life as if you were much further out. We opted to have our host BBQ for us one night and we were very happy we did. The food was delicious and the dietary restrictions of a few members of our group were carefully taken in to account. We’d highly recommend adding this option to your stay! The host was very easy to coordinate with and it really encouraged us to kick back and relax. We also took advantage of the boat ride to Sigtuna and enjoyed a lovely day on the water and cruising around Sweden’s oldest town. The ruins are not to be missed!

It was a pleasure to stay at this house during New Year’s Eve. Thank you for hosting us! I highly recommend this place to everyone. I especially enjoyed the excellent sound system, the TV, and the abundance of comfortable beds!

Fantastiskt hus som uppskattas av barn liksom av vuxna! Måltider i det vackra inglasade uterummet, bad vid närliggande badplats och i badtunnan, lek i lekrummet… Fantastiska värdar likaså som var snabba på att svara. 10/10! Vi kommer tillbaka igen definitivt :-)

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Sie ist ruhig in schöner Umgebung und doch mit dem Auto nah an größeren Städten wie Stockholm und Uppsala gelegen, perfekt für uns als Familie. Wir haben die 6 Tage in Bro sehr genossen und können nur jeden ans Herz legen, die Unterkunft zu buchen!

Our stay in Fredric’s home was wonderful. The place is lovely and spacious, and the garden is great. The lake is within walking distance and downtown Sigtuna is easy to reach by the bus. Fredric was responsive and helpful.

The villa is a complete home with everything you can dream of. The best parts were the spa area with sauna and whirl pool and the piano. There are many books and toys for children and lots of space. Very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the neighbourhood. Walking to Sigtuna town took 20 minutes and there are many nice cafes and restaurants. It is a lovely walk along side the lake. We would highly recommend this villa!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a real highlight, we loved the pool, it was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the center, with easy access via taxi or public transport. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in diesem superschönen Haus verbracht. Johan ist ein perfekter Gastgeber! Das Haus ist problemlos mit dem Zug oder Taxi von Stockholm aus erreichbar. Es hat eine herrliche Lage mit einer grossen, gemütlichen Veranda mit einmaliger Sicht in den Sonnenuntergang sowie einen grossen Garten von dem aus man direkt zum Schwimmen ins Wasser gehen kann. Das Haus ist super stilvoll eingerichtet, man kann sich herrlich erholen! Einkaufsläden und Restaurants und eine feine Gelateria sind in max 5-10min Gehdistanz. Johan ist überaus hilfsbereit, hat für unsere Ankunft alles perfekt vorbereitet und auf Anfragen sofort und sehr herzlich reagiert! Ich hoffe bald wiederzukommen und bin sehr glücklich, dieses Airbnb gefunden zu haben und kann es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Kan absolutt anbefale et opphold i boligen til Fredrik. Fantastisk hus med romslige omgivelser. Idyllisk beliggenhet med kort vei til strand og passe avstand til Stockholm sentrum.

Great space for a larger group - the hosts were very nice and even left us some Prosecco and chocolates for our arrival. The house has plenty of amenities and felt like a home from home. Lovely open plan kitchen and dining area and local shops and deli are convenient. Djursholm is a classy and upmarket neighbourhood to stay in yet not far away from the city or local malls. Highly recommend the kids play centre called Flip Out in the Westfield Täby centrum ;) Morris the cat was also a favourite for the kids… such a nice cat! Would recommend a stay here.

Patrik har uppvisat ett fantastiskt bemötande redan innan vi checkade in, och svarade snabbt och vänligt på alla frågor och var väldigt tillmötesgående. Han välkomnade oss personligen och visade oss allt som vi behövde veta om huset! Toppen-host! Huset är fantastiskt fint med härliga sällskapsytor och fin uteplats med grill. Trevligt och vackert! Fullt utrustat kök och många sovplatser.

We had a wonderful stay in Marie’s house. She was so friendly and we could feel, that she really cares about the house and it’s good state. We immediately felt home because everything is so cozy and and the interior is selected with love. Thank you for this beautiful week!

Dieses Haus ist einfach unglaublich! So eine tolle Lage, richtig schöne Aussicht und super modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Pool war sehr angenehm. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder mit meiner Familie hier her kommen. Frederika war als Gastgeberin äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr gut zu erreichen! Danke für alles!

Fantastiskt boende med magisk utsikt över Mälaren! Huset är modernt, välutrustat och väldigt bekvämt. Perfekt för avkoppling med bastu och spabad. Värden var hjälpsam och kommunikationen smidig. Rekommenderas varmt!

Vi hade verkligen en fantastisk helg i detta fina hus. Välutrustat kök, mysiga sällskapsytor både inne och ute och en härlig pool! Hoppas att kanske kunna komma tillbaka men då med familjen ☀️

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche als Familie zu Viert in dem tollen Haus verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt, da es kein reines Ferienhaus ist, sondern das Zuhause der Gastfamilie. Die Sauna kann einfach per App gesteuert werden. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Außengelände ist absolut vielversprechend und befindet sich noch im Aufbau. Es gibt eine Feuerstelle direkt am Steg, ein Ruderboot mit Platz für uns alle und diverse Spiel- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt zudem ein Pendlerboot, dass einen entspannt nach Stockholm City bringt. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Mittelschweden. Wendela und Peter sind tolle Gastgeber und waren immer für uns erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

this is a house located in one of the affluent areas in the north of Stockholm. the house has a nice pool, sauna if you know how to operate one, and good outdoor deck with a great view. the house is well equipped with a modern kitchen, living room with a nice TV, and a dining room with a good view. I'd recommend this place for families and people wanting to work remotely, imagine taking a swim and sauna after a day at work! while the location is beautiful with nearby water and a forest and a golf course, getting to the city could be a drag for some people with a pure touristy mindset. it's a comfortable house and the hosts were welcoming and on top of our requests.

La maison d'Helena correspondait en tous points à nos attentes. Elle est située dans un quartier résidentiel, très agréable et calme. Nous avons même eu la chance d'apercevoir un lapin dans le jardin 😊. Le centre de Stockholm est accessible très rapidement, le tramway passe juste en bas de la rue. Nous avons apprécié la qualité des équipements, l'espace dans la maison et la décoration soignée, avec de belles pièces de design scandinave. Nous avons aussi passé de très bons moments dans le jardin : petit café du matin sur la terrasse, déjeuner au soleil et fin de journée dans le spa C'est une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans réserve. Helena a toujours été réactive et attentive au confort de notre séjour.

Der Aufenthalt in Lindas und Eriks Haus war wunderbar und sehr erholsam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und über das Vertrauen gefreut, das ein Vermieter in seine Gäste haben muss, wenn er sein selbst bewohntes Haus für Fremde öffnet. Das haben wir zu schätzen gewusst.

Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr schön. Wir haben eine gute Laufstrecke gefunden und der Parkplatz bei Stora Mossen Tunnelbana war auch ein guter Tipp für unsere Ausflüge nach Stockholm. Danach konnten wir hervorragend in ruhiger Umgebung entspannen.

Nestled amidst the serene countryside, this fresh villa is a tranquil haven that promises an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by the soothing ambiance of nature, enveloping you in a sense of calm and relaxation. The proximity to the town of Knivsta is very convenient, and access to shops is just a short drive away. The number of rooms in the house is impressive and provides ample amount of space for larger groups. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishware. The wooden deck on the back side of the house was a lovely place to gather and take in the beautiful surroundings. There was also a lovely firepit that made cooler evenings pleasantly warm, and provided an opportunity to make wonderful memories when traveling with family. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling/visiting Knvista or even Uppsala.
