Charming villa with lake view a stone's throw from the city center, only 5 min walking distance from Sigtuna's picturesque pedestrian street. The house is very spacious with 4 bedrooms + 1 bedroom in guest house with connection to the house and offers ample space for both family and friends. Both house and plot with large terrace is fully furnished, 50 meters from its own jetty as swimming area. In the house there is both a sauna as well as an open fireplace and two tiled ovens that make the stay both in autumn and winter as well as spring and summer.

The house has 90 sqm and three bedrooms that accommodate 6 beds. In addition, there is a guest house with 2 more bedrooms and a loft. Everything is in very good condition and with all amenities. There is a wonderful sauna, wood-fired hot tub, own bathing jetty, swimming raft with motor, large lawn with football goals.

Experience Sweden at its best. Enjoy all that nature has to offer just a stone's throw from the breakfast table. We offer shallow bathing area, outdoor gym, mtb and hiking trails, inflatable kayak, giant trampoline, spa bath, sauna by the water or why not bring our tent (sleeps four people) and explore a night in the woods. But the most important thing is still a safe tidy home (animals and smoke free) with all possible supplies (and then some).
