Circuswagon in the garden

We have a beautifully restored circus wagons in the garden with us. It is equipped with a large bed, a small kitchen and bathroom. Before the circus wagon is a small terrace with outdoor kitchen and seating area under the roof you can sit comfortably even in bad weather. In our garden there is a nice barbecue, which is available at any time. Our circus wagon is in Kümpfmühl district, from there you can easily reached by bike in 10 minutes to the old town. Wenn like traveling on foot, you can be in a 30 minute walk into the city. It take two city buses in 10 minutes distance directly in front of our house and convenient to downtown or to the railway station. Here are some shopping in the area, as well as petrol station with long opening times. If you feel like you are comfortable chairs for relaxing under the trees in the garden, or swing to the bikes and enjoy the beautiful city. We look forward to guests who want to experience another unique city break.

My mobile home in the heart of the Upper Palatine Lake District is located directly on Lake Murner. The property is in a quiet location, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing stay. Welcome to our Fichtelraum Tiny House, a passionately run accommodation where sustainability meets modern design. It offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in a small space: kitchen with dishwasher, sun terrace, large garden, grill and cozy bunk. The quiet location is perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. At the same time, it is also a great starting point to discover the Fichtel Mountains: hiking, cycling or shopping & culture.

Outside, you can enjoy your first coffee or wine in the evening in comfort on the large balcony or terrace.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied.
