Monthly Rentals in Upper Millpond

Cannot say ENOUGH good things about my stay in this beautiful, peaceful cottage. I was looking for a space for a personal retreat to relax and recharge and this cottage was everything I wanted and more. It’s such a beautiful interior space (I made great use of the luxurious claw foot tub!) with everything you need (including a working kitchen, one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in, and some stunning stained glass windows). But what really makes this place special is the hosts. From the very start, Rebekah was a great communicator and so friendly. She went out of her way to provide recommendations for hiking, beaches and restaurants, gave me some fresh breakfast suppplies to start the week in a cute picnic basket, and even make a delicious home-cooked breakfast for me on the last morning! Will definitely be coming back to this beautiful, one of a kind cottage.

A great place to stay at a very good price for the location. Agree with all the positive remarks and can't really add much new. Just be aware that the curtains are very sheer, so if the morning light wakes you, bring a sleep mask or plan to be up at sunrise. Nonetheless, we would stay again if returning to Cape Cod.

Nestled in a beautiful and private neighborhood in Brewster, this Airbnb was the perfect weekend getaway. The yard was spacious and great for our dog to run around to play fetch in and sun on the deck. We loved mornings out on the deck table listening and spotting birds. The unit was clean and cozy. There’s ample daylight in the unit and lots of windows. The fold down Murphy bed was straight forward to set up. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was great and the water heated up fast. The hosts are responsive and friendly. They have amenities like bikes and paddle boards that we didn’t end up utilizing. Inside the unit was a great little binder of local recommendations and we tried a handful of them and ate lots of great food.

One of the nicest and largest rental spaces we have ever been in. It easily accommodated 12 of us without anyone needing an air mattress or something on the floor. Multiple living rooms, tons of TVs, great back porch and backyard, game room, basically anything you could wish for this place has it!
