Monthly Rentals in Upper Manhattan

I had the pleasure of staying at JP and Andrew’s Airbnb for my first month in NYC, and I couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Their warmth, kindness, and hospitality made my transition to the city so much easier. They truly became friends. Their instructions were clear and detailed, making everything from check-in to navigating the space seamless. The Airbnb is located in a lovely part of Harlem, which is safe and close to the train station. My commute to Manhattan was quick and easy, and I always felt safe walking back at night. JP and Andrew were always available whenever I had questions or needed anything. They even went out of their way to recommend great places to look for apartments, which was incredibly helpful. Their thoughtful suggestions and genuine care made my stay feel like home—I didn’t miss home because I was home. I highly recommend booking this room. You’ll not only have a a comfortable and convenient place to stay but also the chance to meet two of the kindest people

A great place to stay, friendly host.

I stayed in Michael's wonderful apartment for nearly a month. It is a pristine, lovingly cared for home, and I felt so lucky to be able to share this space. Thank you to Michael for all the kindness and hospitality. I had lived in New York for seven years and so I know the city well; it was a gift to be back.

My stay at Hamilton's place was outstanding. The location is superb and I had no problems getting to the subway or bus. The neighbourhood was safe while I was there and I frequented the stores in the neighbourhood. There is also a Laundromat right around the corner. The Deli's in the neighbourhood were excellent and provided everything in needed. Hamilton was incredible gracious in his help, and quick to respond, and giving me a lot of amazing tips before I arrived and during my stay. The place exceeded my expectation. It was easy to get to, safe to stay at, and ultra quiet. It had everything I needed, and I can highly recommend his place. There are many subway lines only a few blocks away taking you downtown Manhattan, and the busses run right around the corner. I had everything in needed and Hamilton was always available to help. The check-in and check-out was extremely easy, and I will definitely be back next time I am in New York. I highly recommend Hamilton's place !, and am happy to have had such an extremely positive experience.
