Monthly Rentals in Upper Manhattan

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The until looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed. Charles was EXTREMELY helpful and let us store our luggage early. He was also very responsive to all questions. Super cute little unit on a pretty block.

The photos don't do the apartment justice. It's super comfortable for two people. Overall, everything was clean. If you're planning a long-term stay, you might want to invest in higher-quality kitchen utensils. The area is extremely convenient, right across from the train station and with a reasonable commute to Midtown. Gisele and her assistant in the building were very pleasant and attentive. The only downside is the occasional sound of sirens, but it didn't bother me much. No doubts I would stay here again.

This was my 2nd time staying at Nichole's place and it was just as great as the 1st time. The apartment is exactly how it is shown in photos, quiet, cozy, and conveniently located near supermarket, restaurants, cafes, laundry, and the subway. Nichole is always responsive and friendly. She has always made me feel welcome.
