Private boat ramp for all of your water toys! Boat dock fits 2 boats. Electrical outlets provided for bass boats. Due to negative experiences we will not rent our home to those without reviews. Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. I reserve right to cancel questionable local bookings.

This immaculate, professionally-designed and decorated single family Home has it all for that well deserved getaway. Home offers 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, generous living space and stylish finishes. Come enjoy the perfect setting for relaxing, entertaining. Bbq grill is available during summer months. The all new gourmet kitchen will inspire your inner chef, with its granite countertops and beautiful high quality appliances. The swim spa isn’t available at this time it’s under repair.

Studio Cottage on Saffron Farm.

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. Also nearby are wineries, hiking trails up a dormant volcano, and California's largest and oldest lake. Our farm is featured in the September 2022 issue of Sunset magazine. Check it out!

Samadhi’s Birdhouse is a quiet retreat perched atop a tiny peninsula that juts out into the southern portion of Clear Lake reaching toward Mount Konocti [Mountain Woman in Pomo]. Water surrounds you on all sides as birds abound. You’ll see pelicans streaming past; egrets finding their familiar ground; eagles, hawks, and turkey vultures looking down in curiosity. Deer, jackrabbits, and wild turkey graze together while melodic birdsong fills the air.

River House

River House has a private river front beach 15 minutes from Ukiah, in wine country. We have a hot tub, badminton court, and barbecue. The river is gentle. We have 6 kayaks, and 1/4 mile to kayak in. You are surrounded by wildlife. We can host more than 8 guests if some are happy on the couch or on a foam mattress on the floor. This is a place for family vacations, not a wild party house.
