The "Penthouse" is just blocks from downtown shopping, restaurants, brewery, courthouse, Farmer's Market, three gyms, and the Renaissance Market. Wineries and redwood forest hikes are just minutes away. The studio has a kitchen, bathroom, and a combined bedroom/dining/work area with blackout curtains to keep the space comfortable for those who want to sleep in. Wifi is 400 Mbps. Host pays 100% of Airbnb fees.

We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm.
