A lovely quirky abode. I very much enjoyed my stay. Warm and dry, a great host, and an excellent shower.

Super responsive hosts and a very easy check in process. Loved the location just being a short distance from the beach. Good parking almost immediately outside gate. Cabin was nice and comfortable and had everything we needed for a couple of nights.

We loved the location and the view from the deck is really very special. We so enjoyed our early morning walks along the beach. The bach has everything you need for a short stay, the bed & sofas are comfortable and the mini kitchen is well equiped for its size and there is an excellent BBQ. You can walk to Four Square for basics and/or a couple of cafes for coffee or lunch. We were appreciative of the milk, coffee, tea and biscuits.

The place is totally beautiful and suitable for a nice getaway from a busy city life. It’s peaceful and plenty of outdoor chilling area. The interior is tastefully decorated with personal touches. And Dale is so lovely to communicate throughout and understanding of our sudden change of situation. It’s hard to find such lovely hosts in Airbnb sometimes, so we are lucky to have met her!

Everything about this property is fantastic. It’s our go to place for every judge that we have adjudicating our competition.

We have the very best regard for Ellen's studio and we stay often.

Miramar is a little gem, a lovely restaurant at hand, native bush a short walk away, there's trolls!, and a Brewery. what's not to like

Wonderful!! Beautifully decorated, with one of the most comfy beds I've ever slept in. Great shower. Well fitted out kitchen with all the appliances. Good restaurants and shopping in Plimmerton a short drive away, with an excellent supermarket in Whitby. Rhonda and Ian obviously know what's important for visitors, and this makes its such a wonderful place to stay - I stayed for 3 nights, and would be very happy to stay there for many more :-)

Tineke was an awesome host and was super accomodating. We loved our stay, so close to the beach and perfect place to witness the sunset.

This lady is an amazing soul, we felt very welcomed by her and her husband. Also really Amazing views I took my girlfriends with me and it honestly felt like a sleep over with the way it was set up . We all had so much fun and could all see each other and talk to one another before heading off too bed 😊 she even offered to help us when needed which cherry didn’t have too but we are very appreciative that she did. Highly recommend this place. Definitely will go back again one day. Thanks cherry for being a great host ❤️

Home away from home, this place was a gorgeous and cosy stay that was both just outside of the city but also close enough to feel like you were on the city’s doorstop. Would highly recommend!!

This place was great, comfortable, clean, and had one of the best views I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb. Just be ready to climb lots of stairs to get here, especially if you are bringing up luggage. Thanks for the wonderful Chester!

By far the loveliest stay I’ve had with airbnb! The space was beautiful and clean with lots to do nearby via bus or walking, and Leanne was the kindest and most welcoming host. She made me feel right at home and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

The room was beautiful with the view. Very clean and lovely. We did wonder where the second bed was though as the listing said two queen beds, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. Julie is lovely and I would definitely stay again. A gem in the hills of Plimmerton.

Very relaxing and enjoyable weekend at the White Shed. The accommodation has been beautifully decorated and there are so many thoughtful touches like comfy robes, yummy fresh bread, eggs and homemade jam to name a few. We would love to come back again as we just didn't want to leave this lovely property.

Leigh's place is perfect for one or two people. It's cosy, though airy. It's incredibly clean and tidy, and just fabulously comfortable. It's a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach, and the Waikanae estuary is just around the corner. And hey, walk 200 metres and you've got Paraparaumu's best coffee at Tom Thumb, and a very well stocked mini-supermarket. Thank you!

Everything was as described. Rural location but only 5 minutes to Otaki. Peaceful location. Good parking etc and host was excellent.

What a fantastic stay. Alison was so helpful extending our stay and when our flights were cancelled offered us to return. A sign of a true host with kindness and support when you need it. The little home is perfectly situated on the golf course and the views are gorgeous. There is everything you need in the home and we would love to return one day. Do not hesitate to book this special home from home
