Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with private kitchen, shower room and living room. The bedroom & living room are freshly decorated. Guests have their own entrance to the annex which is adjoining to the main house but separated by two doors. Feel free to use the garden and bar-be-que and to sit wherever you like. We have a friendly dog who will wonder around but keep away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy

Located 1 mile from the market town of Ledbury and its independent shops and cafes, it is within striking distance of the Malvern Hills and the Wye Valley (Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty). It is in Castlemorton, high on the south east of the Malvern hills, surrounded by uplands and woodland, a short walk from Iron Age hill fort of British Camp. Ideal for nature lovers, bird watchers and walkers. It is in the Castlemorton Common SSSI and is an AONB. Dark skies great for night sky watching. Malvern, Ledbury, Tewkesbury (20, 15, 30mins) are beautiful towns with theatres, cinemas, lesure centres, spas, markets and museums.

A higgledypiggledy garden flat in a Victorian house built in the 1840s. It's perfect for a couple or solo traveller, it has a cosy cottagey feel with eclectic decor. It's cool in the Summer but central heating & a wood burning stove make it toastie for winter retreats. It is a short walk to the town centre via a steep hill or the 99 steps through the Rose Gardens. Great apartment, spacious and cozy. A little out the way of pubs restaurants, would need to drive if going out for meals. The ‘end to end’ path runs above the back of the house with really easy access. A great place to stay

Had another amazing stay at this beautiful location! The town centre is a 40 minute scenic walk to lots of pubs and restaurants, there is a 10 minute walk before you are hiking up the malvern hills and the view from the property and surrounding area is also stunning. It's a very peaceful and quiet airbnb which is great for a getaway, I'd recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing and scenic stay!

Debbie's annexe is a delightful space in a beautiful setting. As the weather was so hot, we were able to leave food in the fridge before check-in time which was great. She made the annexe special with extra touches; milk, cereal and fruit, as well as tea and coffee. After a day walking we enjoyed a relaxing evening admiring the view and listening to the birdsong and hope to visit again. Thank you Debbie!

Peaceful and private stay in the Malvern Hills. My 12 year old son and I stayed here for bank holiday weekend and we loved it. Comfy beds, clean space, great amenities, beautiful green views, easy parking, good security and excellent communication from Caroline. Only a 10 minute drive from central Malvern and easy access to loads of lovely walks. Loved the little local community owned pub, The Brewer's Arms, 5 minutes walk away. Definitely easier to arrive in daylight as the panhandle could be hard to see at night.
