Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Upper Bavaria

We were a family with two toddlers and 4 adults, the attic apartment had rented everything very uncomplicated. Was freshly cleaned. Downstairs we were welcomed, as the room was not quite ready yet, we got something to drink in the in-house beer garden very friendly host! The apartment was clean, very nicely decorated and there was also a high chair. The house was right near the banhof, which by no means bothered us. A small minus point is that the few kitchen inventory for a longer stay is simply too little for so many people. Nevertheless, a completely successful apartment ! Will be happy to book again if needed! Deshaln like 5/5 stars!

Easy check in with lock box. Peter called in the next morning and explained everything including local tax and bus pass, which we used a lot. Walking distance to the castles, about 2km. Local information office just across the road. Reliable bus service to Fussen, 5km away. Supermarkets minutes away. Great location overall. We hardly used our car. Gondola also very close and well worth doing, especially one way and walking back down. Day trip by car to Linderhof castle also well worth it. Thanks Peter and Stefan.

We will gladly book the place again as we are in the area once a year! The apartment is very cozy, clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking! The view of the pond is as described beautiful and also with our dog we could go for a wonderful walk here.

We had a great stay! Unfortunately didn’t get to meet Ulrike, but everything else was clean, well prepared and the decor stylish. We would have loved to stay longer. Nice and close to the airport as well

A beautiful hotel situated in a quiet street within 10min of the main area of Regensburg. Bus routes from the HBF to the door just about. A real lovely place and perfect for a family.

Great location and nice room!

A friendly host, a rooftop room with a pretty interior. Located on the top of a quiet residential area between U6 Freimann and Kieferngarten. There is also a well-maintained and pretty garden at the back of the house. There was a British garden nearby, so it was good for a walk. Recommended because the host is very friendly and the accommodation is in good condition!

Natalia hosted my family when they had to be in the area to visit a very sick family member in hospital. She was incredibly kind and communicative. She went out of her way to be helpful to ensure the booking and arrival went smoothly. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and had all the essentials. My family felt right at home there. I am very happy to recommend this accommodation and if they were ever in the area again, we’d use this place.

nice and clean room. Tim is a very patient and nice hist to communicate, We were late from the airport to this room he keeps waiting for us and also he give us extra time for suitcase storage. The only cons are ther is no wifi and hair dryer in the room

We stayed at the house as a family of 3 people with our 4 year old son. It is an extremely comfortable house to stay with a child. Good location. It was quite easy to enter. 3 couples can easily accommodate. It was too big for us. I was worried about cleaning because I had a small child and always playing on the floor, but we did not have any problems. The host kept in touch with us and responded quickly.

You can go to Munich Central Station in about 5 minutes by U-Bahn, and it was a comfortable location with a 24-hour store nearby, a supermarket and pharmacy open until night. There was a dishwasher, refrigerator, and simple cooking utensils in the room, and it was easy to cook. The washer and dryer were in a common space, so there may be limited time to use depending on the crowds. The message was very kind, polite, and I was able to use it with peace of mind.Thank you very much.We would also like to stay when we come to Munich!
