Monthly Rentals in Upland

This is a very amiable owner. At the same time, he is a very responsible father, he and his wife take care of two children every day. He was a very good father.

I had a perfect stay for short weekend visit with my kids who attend college in the area (Pitzer, Caltech). The one-bedroom is quiet, tidy, clean, and compact, while having all the amenities convenient to an apartment stay. Walking distance to Upland Donuts, which I discovered on this trip!

Let me start by saying i Had an amazing stay here. I was in town to work a music festival so i wasnt going to be able to check in until literally 4am the next day so i asked to check in early & they did not hesitate to accommodate that for me. We slept really good, the place is very clean and quiet, i would definitely recommend staying here. Oh yeah and one of the sofas has a pull out bed as well. A+ rating!

I stayed at John's place in Upland for one night with my dog, and it was just as described and pictured. The space was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.​ John was incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially with my request for an early check-in, which I truly appreciated.​ One thing to note: the TV is mounted in the middle of the room, which made navigating around it a bit awkward. ​ Overall, it was a good stay, and John's attentiveness made it even better.
