Joanna’s place was a wonderful way to feel at home in Riverside. Very relaxing & peaceful, while being walkable to downtown.

We stayed here for a graduation at ULV which was about 15-20 mins away. Michele made sure we had extra linens for the sofa bed, plently of towels in the bathroom, access to anything we needed. Her home is exactly like the pictures. I just wish we had more time to enjoy the back yard and the bbq. Quiet street, easy access to the freeway, there is a Starbucks right down the street and a few places to eat. Best Airbnb we have stayed in in quite a while. Mahalo Michele!

We had an amazing stay! The house was super clean, comfy, and had all the amenities we needed. Oliver is such a thoughtful host, very easy to communicate with and quick to help. He lives just behind the house, so when we needed the sofa bed, he brought it over right away. We were in town for the HITC Festival, and the location was perfect, really close to the Rose Bowl Stadium and not too far from to the city either.

Our second time staying here. We love the lake view and nice details and finishing touches of the place.

We rented this lovely home in Riverside for a family event nearby. It was spacious, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. We loved it and was a great home base as we prepared to go to various events over the week. The kitchen has all the equipment needed for cooking and serving small meals. The backyard was beautiful, with lemon trees, cactii and views of hills in the background. Ana was very responsive and friendly, and we’d strongly recommend this place for folks visiting the Riverside and Moreno Valley area.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, safe, and well-situated. The home itself is flawlessly decorated and equipped -- I've never been at such a generously outfitted airbnb! Everything you could want, and it is all in pristine condition. I highly recommend this home and the very kind and accommodating hosts, and hope I am lucky enough to stay here again sometime soon.

I had a wonderful stay here. The host was incredibly proactive in sending instructions on how to find and get into the home. It was recently renovated and spotless, with great access to local restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

Everything was lovely. My only recommendation would be not to have the air freshener plug-ins because many people have allergies maybe just supply them if we would like to put them in the place was very lovely very lovely and peaceful neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay very much.

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! Jessica and Ethan were incredible hosts! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming. The home was perfect for our family getaway ,spacious, cozy, and kid-friendly. Our kids had a blast, and we felt right at home the entire time. I absolutely loved this place and Dennis and Stewie! The place was perfect for me, had literally everything I needed. Dennis was so easy to get in touch with and answered any questions I had. I will stay with them again any time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!!

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a great experience with Dana. She accommodated us effortlessly. The pool and jacuzzi was a great addition to our stay as well. We had no issues with our stay & would book it again if we were back in Fontana.

There’s definitely pros and cons to this place but overall had a pleasant stay. The house overall looked clean when we arrived. There are some minor cosmetic issues that make the house look/feel unfinished though. Beds were comfy and all the appliances worked. Like other reviews mentioned, there’s no dishwasher and the kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils so we had to buy our own. We messaged the host about the ice maker not working and they did not offer to fix it, they simply replied with “maybe it can’t make ice. I’m sorry”. We also had issues with one of the gas burner knobs and the water filter knob coming off. The washer and dryer worked great but they were extremely loud so we had to always close both doors that lead to where they are. The bedrooms have very thin walls and we could hear the people staying in the main house very clearl

Every detail in the home was curated with intention and care. If you’re someone who values health, vitality, and deep rest—this place has everything: nature, healing, beauty, and tranquility. It’s also an amazing space for families—my little one thrived playing in nature and we were all able to slow down and reset together. The host was warm, responsive, and made us feel completely at home. I left feeling nourished and restored, and I can’t wait to return. This place is a gem and has become my go-to getaway for peace, presence, and health.

The place is clean, spacious and laid out well. I stayed there with a few members of a youth soccer team and it was perfect for our tournament weekend
