From the freestanding bathtub and the XXL shower to the cosy fireplace in the living room, there’s sure to be everything you could wish for. In the large bedroom, you have a 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed available for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is in a very central location, right near the centre.

The city center as well as bakers and supermarkets are within walking distance (about 10-15 min) and you can also start in the extensive hiking and biking trail network directly from the front door.

A lockable bicycle room and parking space are provided. Ideal for those who want to experience culture, nature and relaxation!

The spacious accommodation is suitable for families, friends or couples. The house is located in a quiet residential area. The forest and the golf course (with public restaurant) are 2 minutes by foot. The Ruhr Valley Cycle Trail leads through Neheim-Hüsten, making it ideally suited for cyclists as a stopover. There is a lot to explore by car within half an hour, such as the Sorpe and Möhnetal dams, the old town of Arnsberg and also the historic town of Soest.
