Monthly Rentals in University of Texas at Austin

The studio is extremely well located, clean and neat. It matches the description and photo. There is a lavish amount of storage space in a walk-in closet. I'd stay here again. Disadvantages: As another guest has noted, the mattress isn't that comfortable. It's somewhat lumpy and unsupported at the head. I suspect the bed is one that assumes a box spring. The air conditioner is somewhat noisy and underpowered, like one you'd find in an older motel, but the ceiling fan makes a bid difference. Unfortunately, I had to stand on a chair to turn it on. A remote-controlled fan would be a good upgrade.

Highly recommend this unit for any visiting UT parents. I came here straight after a 30 hour long journey and the apartment felt at once like coming home. The hosts thought of every possible comfort for their guests and the location is unmatched. Condominium is neat and clean too.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Mark was really cool, and the place was a joy to wake up to. If you enjoy great mornings in Texas, the patio is fantastic.

My parents loved staying at Kim’s apartment while they visited us. (We live in the same neighborhood but didn’t have enough space to host them properly.) The loft is beautiful and Kim was so kind… she offered a lot of flexibility. Perfect walking distance to Cherrywood Coffeehouse for a nice morning coffee!
