Very nice stay by Miami! Amazing spot close to everything you need. Backyard had a nice vibe to it.

I enjoyed my stay at Pedro's place. It is clean, close to a canal, and well located in South Miami, especially if you need to be close to UM campus in Coral Gables. Parking is easy and the place is quiet except for the occasional honking on US 1, which Pedro can't be blamed for.

Had a wonderful month long stay at Hector’s place and am sad I am leaving! I am a remote IT worker and wanted to escape the cold and hang out in Miami and Hectors place was the perfect place. It is very easy to walk to the light rail station and also to a ton of restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is very nice, safe and quiet (except for the wild peacocks roaming the neighborhood, they could be a bit loud on occasion). The internet was rock solid so I had no issues working remotely from there and would totally recommend the place for anyone who needs to stay in the area.

Great experience! Super clean (very nice to have). And a warm welcome. Easy to stay in touch with the host. I appreciate seeing the many amenities this place provided, which made it a more pleasant experience. The built-in washer and dryer was great to have for the long trip. I love the walk in private entrance outside corridor.. felt very cool! And I enjoyed the private outdoor seat and space to enjoy the day on the weekend, before the week started up again.
