Monthly Rentals in University of Miami, Coral Gables

This is the second time that we have stayed here and will do it again! Great location for UM and other activities. Plenty of space for us too.

Casita Bella was the perfect home away-from- home for my wife and I. The cottage was cozy and comfortable. AC was ice cold! It was a wonderful home base to return to after exploring Miami. Maddy provided everything needed for our vacation right down to the beach towels and beach chair. The laundry facilities were appreciated as was the designated driveway parking. We highly recommend Casita Bella if staying in Miami!

Our stay at Nick's was great! Me and my wife felt like home after a month, the place had everything we needed and we were able to work remotely with no issues. Nick is a really nice guy and very comprehensive!

This property was great. I did a longer stay and I’m very happy with my choice to book. Very private and has everything you need to be comfortable. Great location!!! The hosts are very kind and helpful.
