The views and Infiniti pool was awesome. I heard piano playing from the main house while I was in there which was charming.

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Absolutely stunning home! My friends and I enjoyed Karen’s home as we attended a music festival for the weekend. Within a good distance from the Rose Bowl. Not too far from LA. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Good variety of shops and restaurants within a short driving distance. The amenities Karen’s home provides was a huge plus for us, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room. The story behind the home is beautiful and adds to the beauty of the home. We definitely recommend staying here, no questions asked. The home and yard is beautiful and well organized. We briefly met Karen and she was very nice, very responsive host.

Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. Stay Period: May 27th – June 1st, 2025 This home is exactly as advertised—it was a perfect fit for my family, and we had a great time enjoying the pool, the spacious layout, and the convenient location. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation in Hollywood, and this home was an ideal place to host everyone under one roof. I had a group of teenagers who loved the pool and game room, and my 2-year-old nephew had a blast in the play area with swings and slides. The host, Jaid, was incredibly responsive—every message was answered in under 10 minutes. Great communication all around! The highlight of our experience was the property manager, Jesus. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. This place truly gives you your money’s worth—and more. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Brian and Stephen are lovely hosts. We had the pleasure of meeting Brian who was super friendly and welcoming, and he gave us some great tips and recommendations of where to go during our stay. Their home is spacious and well equipped. The stocked fridge, cupboards, fruit bowl and bottle of pop is a lovely touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days in LA and would book to stay here again in a heart beat.

Lovely Spanish casita nestled on a quiet dead end road in West Hollywood/Laurel Canyon. Beautifully decorated and well appointed. Very clean and comfortable space for our party of five, children & adults mixed. Serene and functional outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful California weather. Parking our SUV in driveway was challenging but possible.

I am so happy we stayed at Michael’s place! It was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. The proximity to Universal Studios was so nice as well. Easy to get a Lyft or Uber. House was beautiful, outdoor space was relaxing. Very safe and private neighborhood. The bed was DIVINE. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time ! The house is in a nice neighborhood . The kids enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Host was very friendly. She allowed us to go back and pick up some of the food we had accidentally left behind in the refrigerator after checkout. It was a great experience overall celebrating a special occasion with the kids !

We are really satisfied about the time we spent here, everything was perfect and Monika was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked if we could check-in an hour before and the house was ready two hours before, making everything much easier for us (we had lots of luggage with us). I felt so comfortable at Vardan's home. The amenities were wonderful, I loved the welcome gift (such a lovely touch), well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, bathroom was functional and attractive, I enjoyed sitting out back and hearing the birds. No traffic to distract me from my work and having my own driveway was great. I felt safe and having the driveway made unloading and then loading up of my vehicle when I left and also brought in groceries so easy. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Was perfect place for our family of 5. Alvin was a great host and i was able to get a hold of him if we needed anything.

Andrew's guest house is a great accommodation for one or two people in the Sherman Oaks area. All of the listed amenities and the appliances are contemporary and work perfectly. As he has upgraded the couch from the one pictured , the interior is even nicer than the picture. The neighborhood is also very nice. I definitely will book this guest house again for my next visit to the area.

This was a lovely place to stay. Peaceful location with nice canyon views. Very vintage, but with modern improvements. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others!

This quaint home is magical! You will step into a vintage wonderland that makes Hollywood feel more like it did in the 70s. The space is just as pictured, very clean, great location, lots of beautiful plants, and even a bar to make yourself a welcome cocktail! There's also all the kitchen appliances you need if you like to cook at your Airbnb. Comfy space in general, great for a couple I Deff recommend this stay!

This place is amazing. Very private and in a nice neighborhood. Not far from Universal or Hollywood Walk of Fame. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Maysa’s place. She was super responsive and everything was as shown in pictures! Keep in mind it is in the hills so getting there requires lots of curves (for non-LA people like me, I had no idea it was so much). I’d recommend though- it was really peaceful and the outdoor area is so nice!

This home was a fantastic find. Really close to Universal Studios and just a ten minute drive and close to most attractions we wanted to visit. The house was spotless, modern, and fragrance free, which we really appreciated. The house is gated, felt really safe and is right across from a park, the kids had a blast. We enjoyed walking to the nearby shopping and found a great sushi spot close by. Paulette is amazing host and responsive. Can't recommend this place enough for families visiting Universal and all the L.A. hot spots.
