This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

A paved walking path across the street will lead you to a local coffee shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace or beautiful walks. Safe Harbor is a great place to come home to for rest and relaxation. This private entrance suite is part of the house we have lived for 25 years. This is an inner city, multi cultural, urban neighborhood with all types of people with different socioeconomic backgrounds. We have always enjoyed hosting friends most of the time in this area of the house. We decided to separate this section completely from the house by creating its own entrance, kitchenette and small capacity stackable washer and dryer.

The house is located in North Peachtree City and 5 minutes' drive from grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Nature trails link neighborhoods, parks and lakes.
