the apartment is very nice and very cozy, well decorated. I agree with the other tenants: it's very noisy outside at night, even with earplugs. nevertheless the location is great, the building is new, the apartment is very clean, the shower is great the price is a little high but we booked at the last minute so it may be due to that. a big thank you!!!

We had a great time staying at Julie's apartment. It was a perfect size for our group of four adults and two kids. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the terrace in the evenings and being able to go to the Jardim do Estrela right next door!

If you want to enjoy the nature of Portugal, feel the ocean breeze, and be amazed every day by the incredible scenery visible from the balcony, the kitchen, and the bedroom — this place is definitely worth your attention. Every time you look out the window, you’re met with a breathtaking view that photos simply can’t capture. Some advantages: the location is excellent. If you’re planning to explore the nearby beaches, this apartment is perfect. If you’d like to visit Lisbon, it’s also very convenient — you can take a reasonably priced taxi or a train, which is also very easy. There are supermarkets nearby where you can get groceries, and restaurants where you can enjoy a meal — all within short distance from the apartment. We had an amazing stay with my family. It’s a beautiful quiet location. There’s a beautiful pool and very close to the beach. Perfect for families. The restaurants are fantastic and there’s lots to do. Lisbon is really close and has a variety of museums to keep the kids busy. The whole team are super lovely and helpful and always happy to help. Helenice is HellaNice! The place is great. Good location for surfing and Lisbon is very easily accessible by train. I stayed for a month for remote work and the WiFi didn't lag or go out once.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious and looks exactly as the photos show. We were a family of 6 (4 kids and 2 parents) and there was ample space; with one bedroom to spare! Great to have two bathrooms and the utility room for me was so handy We worked out how to walk to the local beach and Carcavelos beach as well as get the train to Cascais. However Ubers are just as easy and inexpensive. All very easy and helped by Jonas's tip sheets Would definitely recommend and will be back again soon Thank you

Daniel is an incredible host! We arrived very late in the evening and he was so kind to meet us at that hour to show us all the amazing features of the home. His home is gorgeous! We made great use of the gym, sauna, hot tub and cold plunge, which is as an extra special highlight! City center and restaurants are a short drive away. Daniel’s restaurant recommendations were very helpful. Would absolutely stay again if we are ever in Portugal again. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful.

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. August and Teresa were fantastic hosts making sure we were okay and gave us recommendations. The pool was a real bonus, especially on warm days and when the beaches were busy. It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, with easy access to both Lisbon and Cascais. Would happily recommend!

We had an incredible stay, thank you Catarina! The place is very quiet - we stayed during Lisbon's saint's festival which was very busy right outside but somehow still quiet in the apartment. The electric blinds are great for locking out noise and light + the apartment is hidden on a hill away from the street. The outdoor space & pool was ideal for us too. The location is great and the indoors was very nice, spacious and clean. We would love to stay again. Catarina's communication was excellent and we were allowed to check out a little late to accommodate our flights. She also provided a cot and high chair for our baby. Highly recommend!

a beautiful location, and there are some very nice cats who live around the town. One nice feature of the building as well is the little garden on the 7th floor.

Lovely stay. Sonia met us on arrival And was very helpful checking us in. Apartment had a lovely view. Was a steep walk back from the beach but we didn’t mind this but just keep in mind. There are some great restaurants near by. We reccomend tacos pexito for a chilled lunch, and Casa Mateus or O bagel for dinner. Look forward to visiting again. Thanks

We had an amazing stay at Julia’s place! The view alone is worth the stay. It’s very quiet, comfortable and just up the street from old town. Great restaurants and coffee and beaches within walking distance. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Ericeira this is the place!

This was our last stop in our 2 week journey through Portugal. It was a quick 10 min ride to the airport in the morning to catch our early flight. The unit was luxurious and the value is great. It would be an arm and a leg in the US. Train is a quick ride into old Lisbon. Host provided clear instructions. The parking garage was a big plus for our rental. Took a nice stroll to the soccer stadium and kids enjoyed the park in the building grounds.

The house is beautiful, everything works perfectly well. We had only one problem, on the last day the hot water failed and it did not return until we left. Unfortunately on this day the host did not respond promptly as usual and the solution presented did not work. However, I considered this problem to be something punctual, since the house was wonderful and everything worked very well. So I think it was an isolated situation and I didn't let it influence mew review in general. I recommend the house and would return peacefully. Everything was very well presented, the house is modern, super clean, excellent bathroom, perfect shower, my passengers loved it.

Stayed here for a work trip and it was spot on. We were looking for a place with separate bathrooms and this one nailed it - super convenient. The space was clean, comfy, and made the whole trip way easier. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in the area.

Great accommodation for activities around Lisbon. Magda was always available to us and helped us with questions. The animals on the farm have particularly liked our children. Thus, a clear recommendation

We had a great stay with Gem & Gary. They are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. It’s also just a few minutes walk from some amazing beaches.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The house is stunningly designed. We especially loved the huge windows with stunning views of the garden. The towels and bed sheets were of amazing quality, the kitchen was fully equipped, the TV projector was amazing and the fact that the garden is so huge you that can go for a walk in it is mindblowing! And even though the weather wasn't sunny, the low clouds added a cozy atmosphere that made our stay feel even more special. Dinis was always responsive and available to answer any questions. The only thing was that while the listing mentioned parking on premises, it wasn’t available for us during our stay. This led us to park on the narrow, bumpy street outside. However, this was a minor inconvenience, and it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place!

We had a great time at the house, in a friendly city and a quiet environment. Mr Neves is very friendly and professional. The house was very charmed by us. We had at our disposal (in the house) everything we needed to start our stay and settle in immediately. The gym and its amenities: a very good idea. We recommend.
