Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and Amazon Fire TV (Magenta TV). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

Welcome to our newly renovated apartment with a lake view and 50 metres to the beach. We live next door to the house and run three Airbnb properties. With over 9 years as hosts, Superhost status and 500+ reviews, we now welcome guests to this spacious, peaceful accommodation close to swimming, nature and the amenities of Karlsborg. The apartment is about 150 square metres on one level, and you have the entire place to yourself. It's perfect for families, friends or groups of up to 8 guests who want plenty of space, a lakeside location and comfortable accommodation.

Here you will find tranquility, the forest and nature right at your doorstep and here you have the opportunity to stay about 10 meters from the water and the Göta Canal. A totally unique location for swimming, sun (hopefully), resting and opportunities for beautiful nature. Cottage in Tiveden with lake view over Unden

Cozy guest house in the middle of Tiveden with lake view and nice walks, about 25 m2. Completely renovated in 2019. Stove, fridge, freezer compartment, toilet, shower, fireplace. The cottage is located close to the main house (see picture) but the plot is large. 140 cm bed, camping bed available on request. Good for families with 1 child, we have a trampoline and berry bushes. Approx. 5 km to Ösjönäs National Park, 25 km to the National Park's main entrance Between Tived/Sannerud, Tivedens Lanthandel (10 km) and Ica in Undenäs (10 km).

Lovely house in the countryside

Welcome to Snickargården in scenic Stora Mosshult, Tiveden! Here you rent a charming newly renovated house built in 1886 with room for up to 8 guests. In the house, there are all the amenities of our time but with saved details from the past. Hiking trails and swimming lake are within walking distance. Tiveden's attractions are within walking distance and can be reached by bicycle or car. Bed linens, towels and final cleaning are included. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate pets, as many of our guests are allergic to fur.

Comfortable holiday home with that little extra. Close to swimming area, beautiful nature, golf course, Skövde and Skara Sommarland. The house's floor plan is open and airy. The modern kitchen and inviting living room are located in the open part of the house with an outstanding ceiling height. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a stepladder, you can get up to the cozy sleeping loft, which is equipped with two adjacent 90 cm beds. A warm welcome.

The main cabin is 35 sqm and has a double bed and there is a sofa bed. Working fireplace and seating for 4 + high chair inside. Fully-equipped kitchen with potable running water and small dishwasher. You can borrow a crib. Glazed terrace with room for about 6 people. Hygiene area with shower, toilet and washing machine. Wood-fired sauna. Shed with room for 3 people

Cozy cottage near National Park

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. Fin sjöutsikt från stugan och ca 300 m till bad och grillplats vid sjön. Cosy cabin only 10 minutes by car from the famous Tivedens National Park. Amazing view to lake Unden, the largest fresh water lake in Tived. Fantastic to swim in when it's warm in the summer. Amazing sunsets and a very peaceful atmosphere. Romantic. The area straight down from the cabin by the water doesn't belong to the property but welcomes respectful visitors.

This cozy cottage is located in Undenäs, on the edge of a little holiday park. From the house you have a beautiful view of the area and you can walk into the forest for a lovely walk. Do not forget to walk along the viewpoint and enjoy the surroundings. The cottage is close to the National Nature Park Tiveden, where you can enjoy beautiful walks. Or visit in Karlsborg the fortress, minigolf, the Göta Canal or Forsvik Bruk where you can see 600 years of Swedish industrial history.
