Monthly Rentals in Unawatuna

Amazing host, beautiful place to stay for a little stopover on our travels, but could also stay for longer, especially with all of the amenities within the apartment. The outside patio is a super nice place to chill. Kris was super accommodating and helped in every way he could, including recommendations and taking us to various places we wanted to see. He’s local so knows the best spots.

It’s a good place with a very beautiful balcony same as described by the host, Rashmika was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful time in Shehan’s apartment for almost 40days❤️ The apartment sits in a quiet neighborhood which is surrounded by lots of green. It only takes 5-10 mins by tuktuk to get to the city center by main road. Our place was well prepared before we arrived, it has every basic things we need and all the appliances functioned well. Shehan and his family are very warm-hearted and helpful, they always bring the things we need and solve the small problems in the first time after we tell them. Meanwhile they also gave fully respect to our privacy. We’d love to book the apartment again if there’s chance in future!

Lara was so responsive before and during the stay. He was super lovely and gave us lots of tips about the area and connected us with drivers. The place was so nicely decorated, with fantastic views across the bay and green landscape. It was up a pretty (although v steep) road with a beautiful Buddhist temple on it. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and his wife and the cooking team outdid themselves. The only detraction is that the town Unawatuna wasn’t our favourite place to visit as it was full of tourists- although his place was in a secluded and quiet area of Unawatuna.
