Monthly Rentals in Umstead Park Lake

Excellent airbnb and hosts! We were in town for a wedding and they made the experience so easy. The house is exactly as the pictures show it and everything was spotless!

I stayed in B’s place while attending a three day meeting nearby. I had a car, but could easily have walked to the office and nearly everything I needed. The home was perfect for me. Tons of space, a comfy bed, and all the amenities i could want. Loved the balcony and greenbelt view. The apartment was quiet both in and outside. Did not take advantage of the gym or pool but they looked great and I’m sure anyone would be pleased with the layout and offerings of the complex. Thank you, B, for your attention to detail and responsiveness during my stay. Highly recommend B’s place as an alternative to the local hotels. Five stars, no doubt!

Tonya's townhouse is just excellent - a great place that we used to lodge our exhibit team for a medical congress in Raleigh. We rent several Airbnb's each year, when we exhibit for the convenience and comfort of our team. The townhouse was very well equipped (even 2 Keurig's!). The beds very comfortable and nice balcony for relaxing. We have a diverse team from around the US and other countries; and the ambience and decor were very tasteful, with the right sense of spirituality. The location is good, just a little bit far from downtown if you are driving in to Raleigh, but very doable. Highly recommend Tonya's place if you are in the Raleigh/Durham area.

Delphine was very kind and welcoming! The room was super cute and clean, with a convenient mini-fridge in the corner and the bathroom right next door. It was a great spot to stay for a night before my flight out of RDU.
