The house is clean and spacious, it consists of two floors, a hall and kitchen floor, and a floor for 4 bedrooms and toilets, all of which contain air conditioning, the host is excellent but slow to respond

If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

The house was a very nice house in a very nice area. Families with small children need to be careful because there are so many accessories in the house and the kids are very curious. Also, if you have a phobia about insects, you may have a little trouble. The beds were very comfortable, with extra towels provided.

Samet was a superhost! He was friendly and helpful, offering great food recommendations in different areas of the city. The apartment's location is ideal for getting to all the major attractions in the city, including ferries to other parts of the city. We had a wonderful time - great city and great apartment.

A clean apartment, good communication and sufficient amenities as described. It is about 1.5 km to the subway on foot, but there are different bus options.

Nice and quite area, away from tourist areas. 5 min walk to train station, so easy access to central areas Good bus service to Uskudar seafront and nearby shopping centre lots of restaurants close by and much cheaper than tourist areas. The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

We loved the villa with our friends, we could only enjoy this much from a birthday celebration. :) The villa is exactly as seen in the photos, it has a wonderful and peaceful view, the landscape is very beautiful, the pool is clean. The facilities at home, especially the kitchen, were very useful. It is in a location where you can order food remotely. I definitely recommend it for large groups of friends, and our friends have already stated that they will rent this place for their other events. :)

A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.

The accommodation was exactly the same as in the photo. We had no problems with communication, our questions were answered immediately. The location was very convenient and safe. We received it clean and tidy. It's a really ideal place to relax, have fun and swim
