Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ümraniye

Wonderful little apartment in Kadikoy. Perfect for our 3 night stay.

Hassan's place was great and perfect for our needs. The communication was very smooth from booking until check-out. The staff is very helpful with anything you need. Also, they were flexible with the check-in and check-out times. We will book again if given the chance.

The property is as per the photos on the listing. It is right across from a shopping mall and very close to the metro. The apartment has an elevator. The bed and the sofa are very comfortable. It is a 30 min walk to Bebek. Flex is very response to communication.

It was important to me that it was a clean house with no smoking. As a Virgo, it was clean. The location is also central, they will provide transportation by high-speed train, definitely prefer it. Very close to grocery store, bakery, etc. The building was also new, reassuring in terms of earthquake resistance. Having a front desk service is a separate preference, I was able to leave my belongings safely for a while after I checked out. I didn't cook, but if you think about it, you may have a little trouble (limited pot availability). I made simple breakfast, boiled eggs, etc. There was no coffee maker, those who can't make it without coffee can bring it with them. I brought my moka pot and coffee. My trip to Istanbul was a place I would prefer again.

Very clean as always. Check in and out is smooth. Very close to the sixthol bull statue, beach dock, bazaar. Everything is under your feet.

Fabulous stay at this great modern apartment - responsive friendly hosts, easy access! Felt really safe in a really vibrant area - bedrooms were at the back and had great double glazing front and back enduring we slept very well! The high standard of linens plus the furniture & bathroom and kitchen were exceptional - would definitely highly recommend and would return ourselves without hesitation!

We really felt like we were in our own home. I would like to thank Mr. Kan very much for his interest and interest. The cleanliness ,view and location of the house are very good . The only place we will stay when we come to Istanbul 😊

the view from the living room is fantastic, and the three bedrooms are also very large and nice. The kitchen has everything, the two bathrooms also fit wonderfully. the location is great, quiet, and a supermarket and the gastronomy are within walking distance. in total a great apartment!

Mustafa wa super responsive and helpful. He agreed on early checkin and during last night when we had to have some family members more than what was in the first reservation, he accepted ir without additional charges. House is well equipped, clean and same as photos and if you don’t mind stairs, I would recommend it. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the only issue is steep hill. Overall we had a pleasant stay and Mostafa’s place :)

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

Family trip enjoyed our stay, quiet place, great amenities and fresh linens stocked, and beautiful. Restaurants very close and amazing walkability to take photos by the sea.

Staying with Etel has been by far my best Airbnb experience to date. Her apartment offers a calm environment to recover from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. She and her brother were more than welcoming to me and helped me many times throughout my stay there. I highly recommend taking a bus ride down to Emirgan Park or the Bosphorus, which are only 2 to 3 bus stops away from her apartment. The location of the apartment is also incredibly convenient for university students who have just arrived in Istanbul. In short: I can't recommend this place enough. Etel is a wonderful host and a joy to talk to. If you have some time to spare after a day of exploring the city, she will be excited to show you whichever puzzle she is currently working on.
