Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ümraniye

We had a great time! The house is suitable for children and dogs. Our dog loved the garden! Living area looks like small in the pictures but it was more than enough for 4 people. We did not have any problem with heating stystem and hot water. Communication with the host was very easy. Thank you we enjoyed our stay very much!

Kendi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel ve ferah bir ev. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı hemen karşılayarak aile sıcaklığında hissettiren Asaf bey ve ailesi mükemmellerdi. Evde her şey düşünülmüş tertemiz, bahçeli, otoparklı ve konumu ideal.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Convenient location! Place is great and very clean. Ufuk is awesome host, very friendly and responsive!

Me and my husband spent 7 days in Mamati's house. Check-in very Easy, even we were late Mamati waited for us. The house Is an old-ottoman house with everything you need, Is very well located in few minutes you have bus 99A, 55 and the line T5 witch will connect you easily with different parts of the city. the house has around good places for breakfast , restaurants and shopping. On top of that the view from the house and terrace Is top!

Kapidan girdigimiz anda bizi karlisayan atmosfer ic aciciydi, ferah keyifli bir deneyim yasadik. Gonul rahatligiyla tercih edebilirsiniz :)

We stayed for only 2 nights, it had everything needed. Shops just outside the house.

Stayed with my wife. Great place it served our visit and its purpose, the location is great for us, very close to my daughter’s university. The flat had an excellent view over looking the Bosporus, with a great balcony. Mr. Ahmet was great, very helpful, responds quickly, and a true gentleman. We would definitely come back. Thanks for the experience, and hospitality.

First of all, Sigme is very kind, proactive, friendly and very responsive. From the day i checked in until the day i checked out, Sigme will always take the time to check in with me tocensure everything is ok. The location of the accomodation is Amazing!! You can find and walk to the restaurants, bars, cafes super easily. Metro station is super close as well. The house is super clean, comfortable and most importantly cozy. I get to wake up to a horgeous sunrise everyday!! I will definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again when im back in Istanbul!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Banu’s apartment is located at the heart of Nisantasi and we spent 5 days in her place, there are very cool bars and restaurants around, City’s is 6 minutes walk away while Osmanbey metro is 14 minutes walk from the apartment. The space is just as described and felt like home, the terrace was just a beautiful space to unwind at after a long day. The building is very safe and you need the keys/buzz to walk in. The apartment was spotless and literally had everything you can think of (condiments, coffee, flour, cooking oil, etc). Banu is a great host and was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. I will definitely stay at her place again during my next trip to Istanbul. Thank you Banu, you’re awesome!
