Important Information!: Renovation work will take place on the terrace during August, which is why it will temporarily not be available for use. The interior of the apartment is not affected! There may be noise emissions during the renovation work in the period from 7:30 am/8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The rental price was reduced by 25% for this time!
