This newly built idyllic hillside seclusion for two nestles on the side of Ben Cruachan, one of Scotland’s most prestigious munros. Featuring a traditional log burning stove, St Conan's Escape offers an en-suite king size bedroom, along with a kitchen and dining area – all the elements required for a perfect romantic getaway. Isle of Gometra Jane Ann's Bothy Baileclaidh

VERY BASIC REMOTE BEAUTIFUL BUT NOT LUXURIOUS bothy in an idyllic situation - exposed stonework and wood. Bring own bedding and cooking stove. Basic pots crockery cutlery etc provided. Shared outdoor toilet, indoor bath heated by solid fuel stove. Wood can be bought for £13 a bucket and will be left for you to use if you want. Suits kayakers, experienced hillwalkers and island baggers. Please see reviews for more feedback. No Ulva ferry on Sat, and on Sunday only in June, July & August.

Situated on a Woodland Croft on the shores of a sea loch, this beautiful timber bothy was conceived as a getaway for artists and creatives looking for peace in an inspiring landscape. It's also ideal for kayakers or walkers. The bothy is next to the host's artist’s studio which it is possible to see by arrangement. With rocky coast and woodland behind, and the sea almost lapping at the front door, this simple but stylish bothy has everything you could need for the most restful of breaks.
